Royal Inn is centrally located . Extremely comfortable for long stay for overseas travellers visiting family in Karachi. Excellent staff that ard very responsive and co operative. Their manager Owais Kashif and driver Rashid are very caring and humble . The bathrooms are a bit small but rooms are large and comfortable. We stayed in a suit for three weeks and had no complaints. Very clean secure and very decent staff and owners . I would highly recommend this hotel specially for families looking for long stay. Better than Airbnb . Great guest house. Great staff very helpful. Thank you to the management and staff for making our stay very comfortable. Will definitely go back to stay when we visit Karachi again.

Haven’t written a review in quite a while as there’s not been any places that have made me want to write one, that was until i stayed here. It’s my first time visiting pakistan and i wasn’t sure what to expect when i chose to stay here, but i was very happy with my choice. Firstly the location of the guest house was excellent, all rickshaw and taxi drivers knew how to get there with ease and it was easy to visit everywhere from the hotel. Second the actual hotel room was top tier. We had family stay nearby in another hotel, which was pricier and considerable worse. The room had a very large double bed, a good sized toilet and a lot of space in the room for guests and luggage. The main thing and the best thing about this place was the staff. Never in my life have i received such exceptional and exemplary service from staff at any venue. From the minute we arrived at 4am till the minute we left the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and informative, everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this place to any looking as they won’t be disappointed

The rooms are not clean. My room had smell of mould and mosquito. They were kind enough to give me another one, but having such rooms in a hotel says a lot about it. It’s on a busy road that is always crowded with traffic, very noisy surroundings. My room was adjacent to 2 water motors that work almost 24 hours and that made the room quite noisy too. Room service is lousy and slow, especially if you’re not on the ground floor, because I was told the staff got busy serving guests at the ground floor. My colleague had blood stains on her bedsheet when she was given the room. Again says a lot about the standard of the hotel. If you are on a leisure trip, it is okay-ish, but for work trips and meetings, the hotel isn’t conducive to productive, noise-free environment.

August 2018 --------------------- • Second stay here after a below average first experience. • I must say, they’ve seriously improved everything and its much now, more peaceful than before. • Whats most impressive is the staff's collaboration with you, they're super nice. • I wanted to write this earlier, but I could not manage time. • Major improvement from my last visit, definitely staying here next time I’m in town. The stars are going from 2 to 4, missing one cos the bathrooms could use a little more space and upgrade April 2018, they’re still under construction so don’t expect a peaceful sleep after 6 am. The room has mosquitos and the bathrooms are very small. However, they’re getting better and that’s what the construction is for. You get what you pay for peeps... bargain to your hearts content...

This was the comfiest stay we have had in Pakistan. First place that did not have any bathroom stench or bugs. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Honestly, staying here was a major part of why our Karachi visit was so good. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Karachi.

One of the most outstanding hotel, Great place to stay, especially for the family. The staff are very friendly, corporative, professional and humble. Due to Covid-19. There was no inside seating. But Food Quality was good and the service was really good in Room. Keep up the good work Considering local impression and comparison it is one of the best hotels which are close to everything located at Shahrah-e-Faisal. Environment is so neat clean safe and secure. I stayed with my family for 1 night. Its really excellent room with comfortable environment. Located at main Shahrah Fisal, easily assesaale place to whole city. Hi, so the overall the stay at the Royal Inn Hotel Karachi was very nice.. the manager Owais was very good and kind and was there for any help you need. I arrived in Karachi and wanted to go to the Mövenpick Hotel but they had a technical issue so my reservation was not found which was very frustrating.. luckily I found Royal Inn Hotel and I was very happy to stay there.. room was clean and total privacy. The service was nice and again the manger owais was outstanding. I will definitely consider to stay again when I'm in Karachi.

Royal inn is small but nice n calm place to spend a good time with family they have vigilant staff, clean rooms, tidy bathrooms, interior was quite good,wifi facility was available, only they need to provide small size amenities kit to the clients in bathroom like shampoo,toothpaste, body wash so that when someone came they don't need to rush for these things immediately after moving here.. rest of the things were good overall experience was nice recommended to all

The keen follow up of Mr. Ziyad led me to choose Royal Inn and it turned out to be the best decision. The entire Hotel staff was professional and courteous beyond words. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and tea was superb. Mr. Owais at the front desk was very helpful, kind and very accommodating. The experience was 5 star. Royal Inn is our go to destination for all of our next business trips.

the property is in a great place. all the sights are not to far away. but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. the are great and friendly. nothing is to much trouble. the owner is great to. takes time out of his day to talk to all guests. all the staff were great. Abdul Majeed stood out for me. went the extra mile in the hotel and outside the hotel. if he see you outside and would ask if you needed any help. the others Dalian Zaib. daniyal and Azeri to name a few.

We stayed at the hotel for about 3 weeks and had a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and the service of the hotel was impeccable. Our special thanks to Mr. Owais for being such a lovely host and accommodating us last minute. The hotel is in a secure and feasible location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Karachi!

Good place with economical rates. Nice Breakfast included. Stayed there twice. Rooms were clean. Ehtisham is a nice guy. The only drawback is that it is situated on a small road beside a school. So expect a very difficult situation when checking in/out in school hours. Even at night times, road is busy. Parking is on road which does not give peace of mind. This deducts one star.

We stayed in Royalinn almost for 3 weeks. We organize a dholki function and couple of lunch in basement hall of the hotel. The best thing of stay was the services provided by the management and supporting staff. On all the occasions rhe the hotel staff provided excellent service. Had a reasonable stay at this hotel, room is comfortable and clean. Management is professional and courteous. Room service was easily available. I was provided with extension cord for accessibility. This place is in the heart of Karachi with easy access to main shopping centers including Tariq Road shopping center with in ten minutes reach. Must stay for those looking for safe, clean and reasonable place. I am going to be repeat customer.

We had a brief stopover and we were returning from an international flight. Location is good, in the street next to Karachi Food. So the food is not a problem. Parking is thin. Hotel rooms are of average size with not much of an exciting interior or furniture. Bath rooms are messy with old fixtures. Biggest issue is power failure, they back it up with a generator but the noise troubles a lot. Not recommended except for an emergency.

From outside the looks of the guest house are ordinary but from inside it seems very nice, the rooms are very neat & clean. I stayed in executive room. The service I received was 5 star. Duty manager Mr Owais & Hamza including all service staff were super supportive. I would definitely recommend this place for people looking for hospitality & 5 star treatment.

The recommendation and arrangements reached till Belochistan. But the top of everything was the Hygienic. It was even cleaner than the hotels in Europe.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service here is at the same level of the best 5 star hotels in the country. Everyone working here gave us tips on where to go, what to eat, arranged transportation and helped us with anything we needed help with. If you're staying in Karachi, please make sure you stay at this hotel. You will have an amazing experience!

Rooms are clean. Staff is courteous. You get breakfast in the morning. Location of this rest house is kind of central. Easy access to every where in Karachi. Rooms need some repairs. Bedside lamps had no bulbs. Rates are reasonable though. There is 24 hour security which makes you feel safe. All in all a good place. I will stay again if I visit Karachi in future

I stayed along with my family for four days. It’s a very friendly, secure and decent place to live in. There room service is incredible. I have been to Karachi a number of time and have stayed from the five star hotels to country clubs but the food I enjoyed at Royal Inn is beyond explication. My felicitations to the management and expectations to keep it up.

Rooms are good but there will always be something that's either broken or not working but surely 5 star for the service.

Good place to stay, even for business trip. Rooms and washrooms are clean. The owner, Imran, is a cooperative person, and helped me find a place to stay elsewhere when he got overbooked. I stayed there with my family as well, once. If I have to suggest someone to get a guest house in Karachi, then Royal Inn is my top suggestion.

Though I booked this place for my guests, but as per their experience and my observation, found this place really good. To me it's good value for money. I think if little bit more is efforts on services and hiring some trained staff for house keeping and room service, they could offer much better customer experience.

We checked in very late around 2pm but the services were excellent. Bell boys helped us with the luggage and manager checked us in in no time. In the morning we missed our breakfast time but on special request we were served with good breakfast in our room. Manager Owais was specifically very helpful with our stay.

I didn’t book with them, I had issues with other room service but the staff is extremely professional and cooperative. They handled customer service professionally and went extra mile to make my experience comfortable with them. I recommend their accomodation 100%

It is a reasonable place to stay and prices are also reasonable. However, quality of quilts or blankets is not so good as it was few years back. Staff is very cooperative and service is also quick. Free WIFI is available. If you want to be live on average budget, I am suggesting to opt for this place.

It doesn’t seem to be marvelous place from outside but in fact is really comfortable, clean with big rooms guest house. Bathrooms are a little bit small but very clean. The air conditioning is working perfectly all the time without any interruptions (if you know Pakistan you understand what I mean).

Right in the center of city, it is a nice place to stay. They provide free WiFi but the connection is a little shaky. Other amenities include laundry service, TV, A/C Rooms, Free breakfast (limited options), Complimentary Fruit basket, Water bottle and Toiletries (hair brush, soap and toothpaste)

The hotel is very clean and the service comes highly recommended. We come from Germany and are used to good service. The manager Owais is very knowledgeable. The owner Yousuf gave us excellent care and helped us with everything.

Such a irresponsible behavior from the staff of hotel. My guests were staying and they charged them a payments despite repeatedly confirmation of the excess payment. Not attending the call even. Such a embarrassing situation for me. Such a disappointment and not recommended مزید

Staff is compromising and supportive. There is some issue for the food, but nearby there are good eating places like pizza hut, KFC, Karachi Foods, Dehli Sweets, Fresh juice shop. Almost every bank ATM/Branch exist nearby. Mart/Supermarket is bit far, small corner shops exist.

My experience with this guest house was average. Room service is good. Brake fast and laundry service are available however for lunch and dinner order need to be placed which take 1 to 2 hour time

Suitable guest house to live for few days. Rates are negotiable but single room size is comparitevly small. Sofa system makes them small otherwise things are OK. Staff is good and professional.

I was very happy with my stay here. They let me check in early and the place was nice and clean. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Easy to get anywhere from this location. It is on a very main road.

Royal inn staff is cooperative specially Mr owais duty manager was very helpful. This hotel is good for family as well
