If you are trying to book an appointment using their online system, make sure you call afterwards to confirm!! I booked an appointment online with a note, and got the confirmation/reminder from the owner/system a few times before the appointment, however, when I got there with 30min drive, the owner told me that they cannot give me the service since they didn't see my special note. The owner is also trying to explain that since I was booked online using the system rather than calling them to book, they didn't pay attention to my note there. I may question, isn't the system available to ease the process of booking appointment? If not, then you should not provide that option. Also, the owner didn't offer me any other options to apologies. Very disappointed!! I understand that you may not be able to provide me the service, but you should let me know when you confirm the online booking, not until I was in the store!! Additional comments after owner's reply: -> You gave me the impression that this was due to I booked appointment online rather than calling you directly -> It's actually me who asked that if I can leave my numbers with you so that you can call me after you receive the agreement with previous owner -> As an owner, no matter if the customer is from previous owner or not, you should treat people the same -> "Also, the owner didn't offer me any other options to apologies.": What I mean here is, it's your fault not informing me earlier, and you didn't give me other options to show apologies because I was the customer from previous owner

I was given a gift certificate from a friend for facial treatments at the Spa. I contacted Ranya and she was very accomodating with my appointment. I even rescheduled on her the 1st time and she was super nice about it. I've had chemical peels in the past so I kind of knew what to expexct. However Ranya has exceeded all of my expectations and by far the best results I've ever had. My face is glowing and I get compliments on my skin all the time. I've been going for a treatment every 4 weeks! Now my sister goes to see her and my mom too. Ranya is really amazing in every way and highly skilled in her trade. I left the spa yesterday and I wanted to leave a review. This was probably the best experience I've ever had going into a Medical Spa. Rania was very knowledgeable and took her time to explain things thoroughly. She was warm and personable and knew what she was doing. I did not feel rushed AT ALL. I was her priority. I thought totally comfortable and confident with this whole experience. The results are great and will definitely go again.

A month ago I had a hydrafacial session with Amneh and it was a great session. She was very nice and really professional. The hydrafacial result was incredible. I also had many laser sessions with Rania, she is great. She is patient and takes her time. I had a laser session before at another spa and it wasn't the same as Rania's offering a lot of privacy and comfort. It is an amazing clinic. I am really happy to be a patient with them.

Aside from Rania being an absolute gem and amazing at what she does, the spa also offers massages. I've tried many (many) spots and will travel the distance to come here to get a massage.
