Worst stay and worst customer service. no one to assist and none of the staff have the knowledge on the customer needs and are not trained to deal with the customer issues and various concerns So called manager Mr. Srinivas doesn’t respond to calls and msges saying he is on leave. and not willing to give any other point of contact for assistance. When I informed him that I will have to go on social media and request for his director’s number then immediately he says to me that I can do it and and he will post my WhatsApp msges on the social media saying that I am threatening him. not sure where did that come from. Because I was just requesting for him to talk or for him to give me another point of contact. I tell him that the tea was bad and milk was spoilt and the people here are telling me that we cannot cancel your tea bill as it is already printed . It is not about the money it is about giving an alternative plan or solution to the customer. I had a 4 night stay booking and I understand that it said they are non refundable. but at an unforeseen situation they can consider the customers concern and give an exception or a solution may be for the next visit amount recovery. But they don’t seem to understand. No one at the reception wants to or is trained to assist except for taking calls. They don’t know “what is customer relations ‘ what is customer service” They don’t even greet people with a smiley face either in the reception or at the restaurant. Whoever is the director of this hotel, just an advice this is not the way to run a 4 star facility hotel. We are just checking out without the refund because we don’t want to end up in argument. So I am deciding to check out from here with just 2 night stay and asking them to adjust my food bills with the room amount that I have paid. Since the manager is not willing to take my calls or not willing to give another point of contact for assistance. They cannot hold me back with such a bad service and sticking to their non refundable policy. Probably because of their worst service they have this non-refundable policy so people pay in advance looking at their google pictures and past reviews and then come here and get trapped irrespective of how their service are . I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed in this property for a good part of the week. My experience is mixed. there are various Aspects which I'd like to share. my wife felt that, it didn't deserve 4 star at all and area around is doesn't give a feel. people can spot outsiders very easily or tourist and immediately try squeeze as much money as possible. evenings felt risky around the hotel. The location: 4/5. Nampally metro station is quite close to 700 meters only, this can save some money. but go for a hired car and self driven option and drive yourself. I found rikshaw / cabs are nearly impossible to be located with app based services. Hotel management: 1/5 booked with their website, but somehow the breakfast option was missed, i know i had selected but there is no way for me to prove. however, reception did not allow me to add breakfast and asked for a huge sum. I found staff generally insensitive. Shopping 4/5 Area around this place is a good shopping destination. inhouse Restaurant 1/5 Extremely expensive. like 400 ( GST) for fried rice 50 rupees for bottled water absolute loot. overall: I have been to better hotels, (Netherlands, Germany, Austria, France, India) I'm overall disappointed because of the management rules and other aspects.

The hotel with a worst check in policy I have ever seen. I had booked the room from 6th to 9th and I arrived at Hyderabad airpot at 2.30 a.m, and reached the hotel at 5.40 a.m. I requested them for an eaely check in as my wife is feeling unwell and can't wait for long. The guy at the reception told, you will have to pay full day's amount for a booking from 5.40 a.m to 12.00 pm, which is a matter of 6 hours and 20 minutes. Then another hotel staff came and told that there is an early check in option after 7.00 a.m where I will pay 40% of the full day's amount and I agreed to it. Then I requested the reception guy if I can check in at 6 a.m instead of 7.00 a.m because my wife was not feeling well, the adamant and arrogant reception staff was stiff that no matter whatever situation we are in, he can only allow me the room after 7.00 a.m for a payment of Rs. 2940/- for 5 hours. He didn't even had the courtesy to give us even an one hour early check in and for doing that he is demanding one day's full payment. I was never treated this inhumane way in any of the hotels i have stayed in my life. Their policy is above humanity and customer service..... One of the worst hotel I have opted.

The moment we check in room, it has found waterlogging in bathroom, cockroach roaming around kettle, very dirty stinking sofa pillow lying, most important the WC seat was too up that feels like we are pooping while standing no structural opinion taken from expertise. Then we have shifted to another room and here we have found another level of maintenance glitches like shower not working properly, low water pressure, sound coming from while AC on, hand faucet block, bulbs found not working, also DishTV was not working at all. Height of frustration level at this hotel i will never book amy room from agoda because i feel they have reserved downgraded room for agoda. Not at all acceptable when we are paying huge amount also basic free amenities as mentioned in the Agoda was not provided like sleepers etc when being asked they said it is chargeable. Very frustrated trip gone with royaltan hotel.

Words would be very short to describe this lovely place. The most important thing about any hotel is always it's hospitality and in this case it was too good. The hospitality which we got here was similar to what we get in 5 star hotels. Right from the watchman till the person attending room service were mannered and polite. The staff at reception was cordial enough. They made sure all our requests were honoured and guided us with all the facilities the hotel offered. The room was all neat and clean. The AC was super silent. Rooms were also very big. The breakfast had a good spread and everything was delicious. The hotel is not located on main road and is in a lane so the locality is very quiet and peaceful. I will surely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Don't get fooled by the outer looks. Undoubtedly, the hotel is at a great location and it used be a well decorated hotel. But now - extremely bad service, a simple food order either on the restaurant or on the room service is going to take around an hour - we had to change the room, as the AC was not working - almost all the bath fitting are either broken, or not working properly - there is very less light on the room, you cannot use the large dressing mirror because of the improper light - curtain slider is not working - there was no bathroom door mat - internet speed could have been better There are also few positive things + The staffs are very supportive, they are trying their best to please the customer + Unlimited refill of Tea, Coffee and drinking water + Rooms are decorated with quality furniture (but they are not maintained at all)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Hyderabad! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They did allow me early check in but didn’t give me city view room. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the in-room dining was delicious. But they didn’t allow outside food and drink to room. Moreover, They give just 2 drinking water bottles only. Extra bottles are chargeable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions. I can't praise this hotel enough for its service and overall experience.

Poor service, the staff members were really rude to me & my family, the allocated rooms were dirty & the AC wasn't working. However, we complained the same & after half an hour a staff member from maintenance came to check out the problems he took few photos and was no action taken until we again complain in the reception downstairs. When we reached the hotel, we requested drinking water the staff members asked us to request a waiter from the restaurant to provide us with water, but they could not provide us with a bottle of water. And they are refilling the water bottle that is provided to us initially in the room. This is not the service we expected. I have booked two rooms for 3 nights a minimum service & good behavior is required.

It's a nice well maintained hotel. Special mention would be the buffet breakfast with lots of items on the menu, like fresh cut fruits,cakes , cookies, Idli, Dosas , parathas , upma , etc. The rooms are huge , clean and nice ambience. My only negative concern is that, I had booked through the website Agoda for a good, discounted offer .But since the payment was not made on time, I had to book the same room at an difference of rs .6000/- for three nights, since the previous booking got cancelled. Rest it's a nice hotel.

Had to stay there becoz it was booked by a marriage event team. Lots of broken or damaged interiors including TV n no remote also for it in d room. We had to call many times for d towels. I paid 7.5k for two nights for a standard room, however there was a water leakage in bathroom I told and got it fixed. Wi-Fi was not working initially complained and got it fixed . The bath water leaks to commode area, bathroom is not maintained properly. AC stopped working in between, complained and got it fix. No hot water , for this too I complained and they turned on something at the backend and slightly better hot water started coming, still not too hot . The second day it was again not hot but I was done complaining. Very disappointed

We stayed at Royalton Hyderabad over the weekend. Not really a very good experience. They need to upgrade maintenance for rooms. Bathrooms need to be maintained well, shower area was rusting…. Room quality was very bad. They need to upgrade/ improve their upholstery… and improve hygiene and cleanliness… Wi-fi was also very poor… There were cockroaches and bed bugs roaming freely in the room!! It really stressed me out to see these insects in my room!! Room quality is not worth the price! Breakfast was good though…

It's a good hotel to stay. Has all the amenities. We got a standard family room. The view wasn't that great, but the room itself was very spacious. They even had a sofa and a dining set in the room aside from a king sized bed and a study table. I suppose at one time the hotel would have rivalled a five star one, but given the pandemic, it is sort of reduced to a 3 star. The service staff are polite and cordial. But the price is a little high for what we get. If you're looking to book here, we suggest booking from an online portal rather than in person.

Does the Google allow minus ratings? If so I would give - infinity stars to the hotel management. Despite of reminders to clean the room in the morning it was not cleaned till the evening for consecutive days. These are the pics of evening when I came back to hotel in the evening. Ridiculous, disappointed. Room quality is very poor Service is very poor- even after a day , the room was not even cleaned at the evening Limited variety of breakfast Not recommended at all. I mean it please don't book this hotel, u will surely get disappointed.

As a group we stayed at 6 cities in over 2 weeks and I will rate this hotel as our worst experience. They are focusing their renovations on exteriors but interior looks run down and poorly maintained. Service was poor. Beds are dated. Sheets were terrible. I didn’t even feel like touching their towels as they looked many years old and over used. I feel that this hotel is not worth more than RS 1500 to Rs 2000. I will post pictures to back my words.

I spent three nights there with wife and kids. Being tourists, we looked forward for clean rooms, well maintained bathroom, AC, lift, decent food and in a good location and trust me, this place meets them all. I booked it through their website directly and it turned out to be cheaper than third party websites. Their restaurant has a decent vegetarian spread for breakfast and the taste was good. Kids are not charged and adults pay 250/person for the breakfast buffet.

Stayed thr for 3 days with family. Rooms, ambience was good, food OK but expensive. Service gets worst when weekend approaches. They cannot handle rush. Even simple things like fork and spoons were rudely denied( food was from their own restaurant). Staff, General manager all had tone like they are giving shelter without price. Two stars only because location and clean big rooms...

I checked in on 15th April morning 6 am they charged me for full day.. also room tariff was 6250+ taxes for standard room. Not given a single rupees discount. So I recommend please never come in this hotel because the tariff which you pay for this 3rd class service instead of this you get better rates for 5 star hotels. Marriott Hyderabad is only 6000

I booked Standard AC room. Ideal for 2 paxs. The room was old but well maintained. Room service was too good and customer friendly. They have Abids Bistro Resto in the ground floor. Opted for breakfast buffet, it was hygienic but some items tasted average - service was average too. À la carte items were costlier. No other restaurants were nearer, however some good restaurants were accessible in less than a kilometre of walk - towards the main road.

The whole property is nice and spacious. Great for solo travelers. The hosts were nice and took care of everything. I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful setting just 2 minutes away from the main market street. Its conveniently situated close enough to the shops and cafes but equally hidden from all the chaos. Dorm and bathroom is also clean. Loved the vibe and the game room. overall it's a cool place for solo travellers and a grp of friends.

This evening I had the opportunity to once again stay at this establishment. I was greeted kindly by Amrish Ji who had remembered me from my previous visit. It was wonderful to see his warm and welcoming smile. In addition, I had the chance to meet Abdul Ji who kindly showed me to my room and provided me with additional offers within the hotel. Great teamwork guys. Keep up the great work

I was pleasantly to see such a nice hotel in the heart of the city. The staffs were welcoming and helpful. I would rate the food served here as really good and tasty. It is located in a street which does not have heavy traffic which is a plus as it is in the centre of the city and close the old city.

It used to be a good hotel once. But it is not being appropriately maintained anymore. Nothing works properly. Wifi was down for my entire stay with promises to fix it every few hours. The TV remote wouldn't work. All fittings are very old and some are broken—all in all bad experience.

Rooms are good and hygeine is maintained. Restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable price. Our family had 4 rooms with no problem. They have separate staff for parking, entrance, reception, travel desk, room service, housekeeping and restaurant and they are humble and professional.

This hotel has become unfit for families. Until 11 pm, huge noise from the bar/party hall on everyday. They have also started to allow 4 to 5 people to book a single room and use it for parties. In summary, it is not a 2/3 star hotel as they are listed. It is not even 1 star.

This hotel gave a serene feeling and the staff is quite nice. The checkin time is less and is quite reasonable. Outside food not allowed but the kitchen food itself is at reasonable cost.

My guests from Australia had an incredible time at the hotel. They were amazed by the staff's hospitality. The hotel is cleanly maintained, and the entire staff was just a bell away. It is situated in a prime location and very close to almost every facility. The breakfast buffet was good but can definitely be improved.

This is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever visited. The funny part is that they do not accept local ID, that means any local resident is not allowed in the hotel. And the front desk never helps you to get it sorted. Highly recommend them to revisit their policies

It was an okay hotel. Not a 4 star hotel. There were 4-5 small cockroaches in the room. And the iron box which we asked for was faulty, so one of the dresses got burnt. It'd compare it with a 2 star hotel.

Good place. There are a lot of floors with many rooms. The ground floor has a lounge type hotel. The rest of the floors has all the rooms. The top floor has a banquet hall. It is a spacious hall good for a seating of about 100 people. The lift is a bit slow.

Rooms are spacious.. shower area is small, but Neat and clean.. Breakfast is best best with specially lots of veg options.. Quick checkin support at desk.. only issue their water support which was given in used water bottles.. they obliged it to replace.

The hotel's facilities were also top-notch. The pool and fitness center were both well-maintained and provided a great way to relax after a busy day. The hotel's restaurant was also excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food and drinks.

Hotel Rooms are good but flooring noise is there. Service is not so quick, Parking facility is below hotel is only for 5-6 vehicles and is very humid, no lift from parking. Location is good, Breakfast is good. Bill desk staff is also good.

The food at Abid Bistro is excellent and the Privilege rooms very good. Great ambiance. Recommended. Near to the famous Abids street and metro station. It is approachable and ever smiling staff.
