I had a frustrating experience working with Reema at this business. She made multiple errors when incorporating my company, from basic name and contact information mix-ups to authorizing the wrong organization to operate on my behalf. When I tried to address the issues, Reema's response was argumentative, defensive, and she shifted blame to Ontario's systems. Unfortunately, I am having to redo everything through ServiceOntario and the CRA, causing unnecessary delays. Reema has not resolved anything or attempted to resolve anything and has ignored my attempts to reach out. I would strongly recommend not working with her or this business. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Edit: Check out her response below; No resolution was offered, accountability taken (for an “accountant”), or any attempt to make amends. I can't help but question the authenticity of all the 5-star reviews. Edit after a week: I initiated a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after which Reema acknowledged the mistakes, refunded the money, and issued a seemingly forced apology. I will keep the review up for those that might find the info and experience helpful.

If I could add a sixth star to this review then I would. Reema and her team are the kind of accountants that you don't believe exist, because of how brilliant they are. Honestly, I've lost track of how many times I've recommended someone to use RS Accounting - they are superb.Not only they are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and incredibly speedy.
