Ryan’s is supposed to be open at 10am. I got to the store at 10:15am and Ryan’s was not opened. I needed to get my collect plus parcel. I had to wait around for 1 hour before the owner drove up and opened the store. When i went in I was not greeted. I had to say to him that im here for a parcel. He made it seem as though it was all too much to do. I did not only collect my parcel but i also bought something from the store, so i do not know why he was so moody.

I've been in here a few times, and I find the staff unnecessarily rude. Today it was to drop off a parcel for collect plus. The man sighed noisily , didn't bother to greet and his demeanour suggested that it was all too much of an inconvenience. Granted , I didn't buy anything. However , if the environment was less hostile I may have hung around. The store is not well patronised . There are plenty of of licences that are friendly and helpful.

Went to collect a parcel and was told it's not there and to come back next day only to rudely be told"if it wasn't there then its not there now" parcels are not sorted they are all in a pile on the floor so can easily get lost. When I said I would report missing parcel to Yodel I was rudely asked why!

Wonderful customer service. Staff are always polite and friendly. Very helpful too. I always go here to collect and drop off my parcels as well as to get some confectionary items too at a bargain price. My favourite shop in addiscombe!

Friendly and so helpful. If there is something that you need/want he and his staff will try and get it. Any alcohol from around the world. Cigarette s. Ask them. Oh. Sweets aswell.

Very helpful staff. The owner is kind and always ready to be of assistance. Had problems with my electric key top up and he advised me on how to resolve it and that really helped!

The website states this shop opens at 10am but I had to wait more than an hour and had to leave because they weren't open by 11 am. Awful!!!
