Do not take the receptionists' word for anything. Get everything in writing to cover yourself. I paid for a consultation for the purpose of referring me to a psychiatrist. I was told to find my own psychiatrist and book an appointment, and that they would provide me with an authorisation number once I provided them with the date & time of the appointment, and practice number, which I did as requested. I called once I'd spoken with the psychiatrist to confirm their availability, and was explicitly informed by the receptionist that I could confirm my appointment with the psychiatrist and that they would take care of the authorisation in the meanwhile. By the time of my appointment, the receptionist had not yet responded to my message nor provided an authorisation number. 8 days later, still no word. The receptionist has now changed their story and is claiming she informed me to cancel the appointment, when she is the one who instructed me to confirm it in the first place. I am now liable for the costs of the psychiatrist, and have wasted a visit to the GP too. I would also like to mention that the receptionist put the phone down on me multiple times mid-speech. I feel let down since I trusted them to guide me through the process, but found myself left in the dark and with unanticipated fees.

she wasn't as friendly as people made her out to be. she sent me to specialists saying that i'll get an ultrasound and pap smear done, when they don't do pap smears and she could've done it herself as she's an OBGYN. she said that she'd put me on stronger pills but only after i get my results of the pap smear (that was supposed to be done by her), meaning that the process of me feeling better is being delayed by her. so i left my consultation with no answers, no script and no medication. i am now getting a pap smear done elsewhere as Dr S Warley did not help me but gained R450 from me for almost doing nothing.

Not a good doctor. I saw this lady exactly 1 year apart due to no other doctors behind available. Last year she told me, it's just a sinus problem and gave me antihistamine, two days later I went to another doctor who confirmed I had 2 infections. On Monday I went here again because my regular doctor was fully booked. I told her about the pain in my side and the some other stuff, again I was brushed off and given pain and flu meds. This annoyed me to the core. Got a second opinion yesterday, turns out am contiguous with a fever.

Love the receptionist as a person. But breaks privacy discussing matters in front of other patrons. Very long waiting times, with an appointment made days in advance. I was not comfortable with the doctor. arrived very late, not forthcoming with information. had a better experience with the other doctor. After multiple visits I reckon I will not be returning for another visit unless absolutely necessary.

She is a friendly Dr but she actually didn't take any of my symptoms seriously. I was seeing this Dr for about 6 months and I had been complaining of a headache and a stiff neck she always said it was stress from school work and only gave me pain killers. When I returned home to JHB my GP took my symptoms seriously and we found out it was actually meningitis. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

I don't ever leave reviews but my most recent experience really calls for it. If I could rate no stars I honestly would. This was my second time visiting this doctor and will not be going to her again. Would not recommend to anyone!

Very good doctor. Especially for students on medical aid, Dr. Sarah's practice is very well informed with T&C's for different medical aids, this is the best thing for me!
