I came to the shop to get a simple repair done on my bike wheel. After the personnel learned that I bought my bike from "Canyon" he became outright obnoxious and said "I dont work with online business", "no canyon", "I have a lot of work with Specialized", etc. I understand one has principles and may dont wanna support online business of Canyon, no problems there. But you can convey this message to your customer while being pleasant and polite while the personnel was outright rude and unpleasant. If the personnel was a worker, maybe the owner should look into training him on how to treat customers. If the person was owner himshelf then he needs to get some long sightedness into his business. I may not have been your customer today and I do not have a specialised bike but maybe I would have considered one in future if I have had good experience with the store. Or maybe I would have passed by your store to buy some parts, in one way or another I would have given something to your business. But just because of my unpleasant experience with this person I ll never step foot in this store again and make sure all my friends know about this experience so that they can avoid it too. I can not comprehend how can people working in retail not do one single that that they must do "treat your customer right". If you can not do this simple task, you ll very quickly go out of business in today's world. I got my bike fixed anyway in another store, I didnt lose anything, but the store definitely lost one customer for life and some more :)

No service no knowledge definitely avoid this shop. Came in with my son to look for some gloves. Was the only Customer in the Shop just a hello and no offering help. Was looking and trying several kids gloves for a 4 year old but no one bothered to come over. Then I wanted to check for an suspension pump and asked the lady she had clearly no clue what I was talking about even telling her in french englisch german. Then the „mechanic“ came and he went to get one for me. He brought a standing one which was not what I was looking for as I wanted one I can take on my rides. Asked him if he had smaller one and also I was more looking for one around 40-50€ and not up to spend 109€ for a standing one. He looked me dead in the face and told me this kind of pump is not existing for this price. I understand that you wanna sell your products but giving false informations just to do so is an absolute no go. But I guess as long as there are people who just pay and assume there are in a „professional“ shop trusting the information they get there is no reason to change this behavior.

I bought a bike outside luxembourg and booked an appointment in order to have it mounted (only lights and pedal). At first they told me they were going to run all the test in order to have it ready to cycle, but then I said it had already been done by the other shop. I went there a week before because i needed the wheel cover; they told me ok but they would need at least 3 hours to fix them. Brought the bike one day before and again asked about the wheel cover and a couple of other small item. Delivery day...... no wheel cover.... we don't have them (why not telling me before ). but they found a problem with a cable, so the charge me more than 3 hours of work at 65 euro per hour. I asked the shop where the bike was bought and they assures me it was perfectly in order. End of the story, my feeling is that they cannot take bike for small things, so the charge you minimum 3 hours, making up excuses finding a fault in the bike (brand new). So what to think ?

S-Cape Saviours!...Fixed my bike and got me back on the road quickly, and for a very fair price. I couldn't have asked for more! 5 Stars!!! Having recently arrived in Luxembourg from the UK with my S-Works Tarmac SL7 I was desperate to fix an issue that i'd accidentally created with some heavy handedness and a broken tool putting my bike back together after transit. The guys at S-Cape responded to my request and within a couple days had it all sorted and ready to collect. Let's just say that other bike shops weren't anywhere near as helpful. One even sending a very rude and abrupt reply message. I'll definitely never be spending money at that shop! S-Cape i will certainly be going back to!...on first impressions it seems like a great store, with a very impressive selection of all things (Specialized) bikes...with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

This morning I inquired about the repair of my bike (Specialized Epic Comp) and it appeared that whilst the shock absorber had been sent by them some time ago, it had not yet been returned. S-Cape Bertrange - wishing to help me out - offered spontaneously to install a replacement shock absorber temporarily. Thank you Fabian! Having had complete opposite experiences with Velocenter Goedert, I have one questions for you guys.. Do you also service Cannondale bikes ? Thanks a lot and keep up the good work! Thank you for having serviced my Intense Spider this morning and on such a short notice! Much appreciated and good to know that your shop in Schifflange is able to service all brands. Thanks a dozen and your team is simply spot-on!

Awful service. My Father (guy wolff) bought an e bike from them, the bike broke down within 4000 km. They told us the guarantee was not valid anymore. The sales man was very rude and awfully arrogant. The french staff member did not let us finish our sentence and kept interrupting (we are not native french speakers). They guy told us the other people paid the fixing fees (660€) without discussion. This leeds us to wonder how many customers they have treated the same way. In our opinion, a 4000€ Bike should not break down (engine broken) within 4000 Kilometers. We wrote a letter to the ceo of the company, but didnt get any answer. Awful customer service.

Déception totale. En date du 14 juillet 2022 je me suis présentée avec mon vélo électrique (Specialized/Como) chez S-Cape à Bertrange parce qu’il présentait quelques problèmes graves (pédale qui bloquait, freins arrières qui ne fonctionnaient plus). Le technicien m’a alors informée qu’il y avait tant de travail à l’atelier et que je ne pourrais pas amener mon vélo avant le 26 août. J’ai trouvé cela quand-même un peu long. Heureusement j’ai trouvé mieux à Junglinster chez Trisport où le service était impeccable, alors que je n’étais jusqu’à présent même pas cliente chez eux.

Magasin vaste, propre et rangé. Place de parking devant le magasin. Vendeur sympathique et de bons conseils pour l'achat d'un siège vélo Thule. Apparemment on ne peut pas fixer de siège vélo n'importe où sur un vélo specialized modèle femme. Un peu d'attente pour payer la marchandise à cause d'un manque de code barre ou quelque chose du genre, mais pour le reste c'était bien.

Super magasin où j'ai trouvé mon nouveau VTT ! SERVICE CLIENT AU TOP, CONSEILS ET INFOS tout ce qui faut et ce qu'on attend d'un bon magasin. C'est le responsable du magasin qui m'a conseillé, lors de la livraison du vtt un technicien à pris le temps de me conseiller sur l'utilisation et on a pu régler la fourche et l'amortisseur vraiment service impeccable. JE RECOMMANDE ;)

Le personnel est a l''écoute du client. J"ai été dépanné en urgence du fait qu'on m"a remis une pièce démontée d'un vélo neuf car pas en stock. Pour ce qui est des interventions ponctuelles sur mon levo on me contacte systématiquement dès lors qu"il y a une pièce à remplacer non prévisible avant démontage. Bref, on n' a pas l'impression de se faire ba....

Le magasin est bien dans l’ensemble, on y trouve tout, il est très beau et propose de très belle pièce. Le personnel est agréable et l’accueil est chaleureuse. Cependant un des vendeurs ne s’y connaissait pas tellement et un peu tête en l’air mais rien de grave ! (Ça arrive à tout le monde). Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés.

Très mauvais personnel. Ne dit pas bonjour lorsqu'un client entre dans le magasin. Le personnel préfère se taper la discussion à la caisse. Résultat: personne ne viens voir si le client a besoin d'aide. Silence radio lorsqu'un client quitte le magasin. Le magasin est très bon mais le personnel n'est juste pas à la hauteur...

Really appreciate shopping in S-Cape. The sales and mechanics are all passionate cyclists and happy to share their experiences and advice. For someone who is relatively new into this sport it is great to count on this. And they do not push you into the most expensive options. 5 stars!

Gave them my bike for maintenance a couple months ago. Promised to call before replacing anything with „substantial cost“. Result: No one called, and parts and work well over 100 EUR were charged, which to me is simply outrageous. That being said, the parts seem to work well.

Nice people. Really nice, but.. I brought my bike for a regular maintanance, I had to go back three times since to fix their fix. The people are really friendly and speak good English, but based on my experience wouldn't recommend them for service. Really disappointed.

Quick and dirty service. I both a new Bike and they assembled it very quickly. They forgot the inner tube for the bowden wires for the brakes and gearshift. For a high quality maintenance of your bike go elsewhere.
