This is the worst police station you will find. On the 27th of November, at 23:30, their gates were closed. As in shut. When we screamed for assistance, they looked at us from the doors and took about 10 minutes before opening up. No one was at the front desk, from where we could see them. The number they have on Google is incorrect. Their staff is ill-informed and they are never willing to assist. They make gross and negligent mistakes with cases such as stolen vehicles. They are the law unto themselves. Ungovernable, in fact. On the actual number to contact them on, they pretend to not hear you and drop the line when the work is too much for them. Yikes! The minister needs to intervene here. This is bad!!!!

I needed to ask the 'officer' a simple question about obtaining a document. He did not acknowledge us when we walked up to him and continued to look at his phone. We asked the question anyway and after a long silence he gave us a reluctant, three word answer under his breath. He did not look up from his phone at all. VERY RUDE, ARROGANT AND DISRESPECTFUL. Our SAPS are PATHETIC and USELESS!!! This is what the ANC government has given us; Bheki Cele's RUBBISH attitude spreads to the rest to his RUBBISH SAPS.

Disgusting Disgraceful and Degrading! Having gone to the court to obtain protection orders and arrest warrant for a person destroying my home business and now pouring water over my 15 year old dog! This is not a police station but a corrupt disgrace. I would have to pay them to get my life protected forget the posters on the wall about section 205.

I plenty times called to share an active crime, and all the time the answering police officer simply drops my call. Horrendous service! One of the officers, Mpanza, is notorious for not doing his job, and simply ignores his duties! The whole lot is just a mess. Definitely not serving the community.

Went to open a case yesterday. Was told they'd sms me the case number. Haven't received the case number. When I call to follow up then nobody picks up the phone. Rings for ages. It's a 40 minute drive for me to get to this station and I'll have to drive there to follow up. Useless.

Asking for extra money should you wish to have your police clearance certificate sent to Pretoria and done soon? Not sure of that counts as an express service?. Anyway ended up using private courier to collect my certificate and delivery overnight. Don't give any extra money.

Remember Ladies, should you get assaulted or mugged, please take your own PEN along and hope and pray for the best. Service was horrible. People are the most blatant and unfriendly of all humans I have encountered.

My car was stolen and recovered within 48hrs. Brixton SAPS did a wonderful job. I really appreciated the good service, continue to protect/ serve our communities. Thank you to Lenasia SAPS no13 as well.

Do not ever answer their phone, too laid back and really do not care about the community which they serve! I have even went there numerous times and my complaint has gone unheard!
