Thank you so much team SBIC. At very first I feel bad about investing my SGIC here because of Abanti Bhowal who is very rude and … I don’t like her seriously. However Yogesh Sukhla helped me in taking an appointment that i didn’t had before hand though i was a newcomer and doesn’t know the rules…thank you so much for being nice… Later Trupti Shah taken my documents and be with me from the start till the end of my SGIC and even given me water to cool down… she is special and the very best…thank you mam… I wanted to give 5star but you know…..the bad feel…. Still thank you team ….

Did you hear the joke about SBI interview where they select the candidate who asks customers to come after lunch. Ha ha. Here they stand with the same policy. They are asking me to come next month (12 th of Dec). Last time I did not open SBI in India because they told me come next week. I thought here it will be better. But no. SBI stands with its standards to harrass customers. Pathetic experience. Hope I never get to go to SBI again. Edit : Thick skinned SBI did not respond yet. I ended up opening account in ICICI Bank on steels Ave. They were very helpful.

No surprises from SBI Canada bank. Full of lazy staff, ruining the reputation of our country abroad. Not here to help customers but to pass time and collect paycheques , the worst thing is no one attends you or there’s no receptionist for like 30 minutes, the branch manager was just chatting with people on phone and laughing and other staff is just staring at me. Lol they don’t even have basic customer service etiquette.

I would like to thank Madam Trupti Shah for her exceptional and excellent service at SBI bank Scarborough branch. She is very helpful and professional and assists with all my banking queries and needs. I have been banking with SBI for around a year and the customer service is very good. Thank you for the great work to this lovely lady and the great team at the bank. Makes you feel at home away from home.

Having worst experience in banking sector till now. Not understanding the feeling of international students who open their gic accounts over here and says that firstly book appointment of far away dates which cause hardship for student for survival without money of gic. The front desk ladies are not helpful and talk rudely with the customers. Please don't open your gic accounts in sbi canada. Thank you

I went to SBI, a branch in Scaborough, and met Mr. Mridul Jhingan.. had an amazing experience.. he was really helpful and found a perfect solution for me. People at this branch are awesome.. never had such pleasant and wonderful experience in Canada.. I just loved it.. Thanks again, Mr. Mridul for your help today..

HONEST REVIEW! My cousin landed in Canada and activated GIC on 1st of September and till today her Interac is not fixed. Its been two weeks and called multiple times and emailed and still not fixed. It’s like we have GIC in account but cannot use. Really not a pleasant experience dealing with SBI in Canada.

Even if at the bank there were no rush, still they ask to book appointment for GIC Account Activation which is not good. Thanks to Trupti Shah for cooperate with and not let my day waste. Regarding Procedures, It is too much of paper work and facilities are very less.

I visited SBI Scarborough today and Mrs. Trupti Shah solved my issues and helped me with the net banking. She was kind and generous and i believe what people say that SBI Canada doesn't provide service well, i really disagree with them. They were great.

Amazing support was given by Trupti Shah. She has a lot of knowledge and she answers all my questions. She didn't rush me and gave me enough time to understand my transfer and other stuff. Fanatic person and had an excellent experience on my visit.
