This is by far the worst Sephora I have ever shopped at. I had an online order to pick up in store. They are the ONLY store that has my product. It’s not even available online. Due to the winter storm, they have been closed this whole week. Which is understandable because the road conditions were bad. What’s not understandable is that they canceled my online order knowing they were closed so orders could not be picked up. On top of that, I called before driving to the store. I was told they would be open at 11 and that as long as I don’t receive the cancel email I can still have my order. I did not receive the cancel email so I drove 30 minutes to be there by 11. I get there and the store was not open. I patiently waited in my car for 2 hours and they never opened. At that point I was livid because now my item was showing out of stock. I called customer service and they agreed to upgrade it to the larger size free of charge. Unfortunately, this Sephora is the only one who has that as well. I just called to see if they were open because I didn’t feel like wasting my time or gas to go there. The rep then told me that they aren’t filling any online orders. I still don’t have my product which was supposed to be a gift for someone. Please save your time and find a Sephora that cares about customers. Prior to this, I loved Sephora. This experience left a horrible taste in my mouth. After I get my product & use my points, they won’t be getting another dime out of me. I use caudalie and unfortunately they are the only one who sells that brand. I will be switching back to Clinique skincare and will buy it directly for Clinique. They have ruined my relationship with them and I will no longer be loyal to their brand.

Least to say I went to this location because they had the one product I was looking for. But if I would’ve known coming to this location will be so mood downing centered ambiance I would’ve just ordered it to be delivered. One of the worst Sephora locations I’ve been to in my opinion. Not even the high end location employees will treat you the way this one did. Not one single employee came up to me to try and help, mostly I feel because of my background. All around me there were multiple people being helped and cared for with extreme respect. All I have to say if you’re a person in the minority group go to a better location, this one lacks helping all customers no matter of background. Sad thing most employees were probably with different backgrounds.

It had been some time since I had tried Sephora and I was needing a new foundation, so while out running errands I noticed this location at Preston/Royal Village. I was met by Brandon, beauty expert with a welcome smile. His personal attention to my need for a foundation was so nice to experience as I was not sure of the right shade for myself. I was truly impressed with Brandon's knowledge and expertise in cosmetics. He matched me perfectly! I also purchased concealer and mascara and I am enjoying applying them daily! At check out he took me aside to a register that wasn't busy and checked me out himself. This experience will have me returning to Brandon for other needs in the near future.....can't wait!

This Sephora was so helpful!!! If an amazing person who works there ask if u need help... They leave u alone ( which I love ❤) however if u do need help.... They help ( I grabbed the last Viktor &Rolf flowerbomb Nectar the box was dented and Erica and Brandon went to the back to get what I needed!! Actually Erica went a couple times for my mother and I !! Brandon was so helpful while checking out, I used Klarna and he knew exactly what to do ( I didn't lol ) yes the Sephora is divine Ps: But one downfall..... They don't carry " Killian " and a few other nitch parfum...... I love this Sephora it's close to me ... It's just exquisite...... Yes go there ❤

Wowwww all I can say is wow wow wow!! Whenever I walk into this store I feel like a kid walking into a candy shop!!! I’m writing this review because it is a MUST that I let everyone know how amazing Destiny is!! I started a new skin care regimen that my dermatologist put me on, Destiny had all of the answers and patients for me.Destiny helped me find the perfect make up that was safe with my regimen. I had made an online order for curbside pickup, I had got the email saying my order was ready so I drive to the store which was pretty far for me then they made me wait around 40 minutes in that spot. I had already checked in on the app from the moment I had gotten there. I couldn't get down right away bc I had my daughter sleeping, so that's why I did curbside! I had to wake her up and see what was going on. The cashier never addressed me or apologized or anything. I asked her if they didn't see me waiting, and she didn't respond, which I thought was pretty rude. Honestly, I have never had an experience at a sephora as bad as this one. Horrible store!!!

Honestly I’m really disappointed how was treated because I was really excited to go to this location and I’m a black woman and I came in with no make up on because I’m getting ready to go to the gym and I just needed the foundation that I wear from Sephora and I’ve never been treated so poorly by other black women. They didn’t ask me do I need my points asked me to put my phone number in they didn’t ask me to help me but all the white women in front of me they ask them all these questions how are you doing today and you can honestly see the difference in treatment and I will never come back to this location and I love Sephora.

This is my local Sephora and after visiting 3 times, in a span of 4 years, today was by far the most productive and efficient session I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Melissa provided gentle guidance and expertise on a range of products I had no clue about. Historically I was greeted with quiet, unwilling to help- staff even when I was purchasing 5$ or $400. Today, I am elated to have found Melissa. I’ll be returning very soon to find her once she gets certified. Friendly and receptive staff will make me come back!

After spending thousands of dollars at this store on a regular basis under both my daughter and my account, they wouldn’t give me a refund or a store credit for a small item (less than $30) that I purchased for my niece for Christmas that I bought a couple of months ago. Horrible customer service. No one ever helps you when you walk in there anyway. I will be buying my air wrap at another retail store and won’t be back to this Sephora.

So, I came to this location because this had a perfume that wanted and only had it here. The customer service was AMAZING and all the staff were accommodating and sooo sweet! Sue, who is the manager there helped me out with finding the right lip gloss for me and gave great service. When I left, 3 additional ladies also talked with me about my purchases and were so sweet! This location has gained a new customer for life!

I've been to this Sephora twice and plan on going again today. The staff is very friendly and helpful (in fact my first visit the purchases I made have changed my makeup look for the better drastically), the store looks great and has a wide selection of items (I like it far more than the one at the Galleria), I've been able to park in front each visit and I love that I don't have to go into a mall to get there!

I enjoy that I didn't have to go into the North Park mall to visit Sephora. I knew going in that I was just looking for their Sephora Collection variety of face masks. An employee was right near the door and after greeting me, she walked me over to the section I was looking for. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I was looking got a quick purchase and got exactly that. Definitely will be back again.

I had the pleasure of speaking and being helped by I believe it was two ladies named Alexis. I don’t know who I first made the interaction with but she was the most perfect customer service representative ever. No quiet moments and just talked about life. Best experience ever! She helped me find a Dyson Hair Dryer for my girlfriend despite them being sold out. 100/10 would recommend!

Erica was so much help. I asked her what I was looking for and she was very honest and straightforward with what would work best for me. Sometimes I get nervous asking for help but the whole team was very welcoming from walking in the door to leaving. Will definitely make this location my go-to. Not to mention, store is so clean, neat and organized. Can’t get lost here!

This is my favorite location. The staff is brilliant, the in stock product is high, and the parking is in abundance. What more can you ask for? The uptown location did not have most of what I buy most of the time so finding this location was HEAVEN. Why buy online when you can visit this location and try it before you buy it! My first time going to Sephora in store and WOW! The women here are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! They did a foundation color matching and helped me pickproducts for my unusual skin tone. Horrid customer service. Stood there for 15 minutes confused, and no one offered any help. I noticed they had plenty of time to stand there and stare at their phones. Used to be great, but the new staff do not know what they are doing. Will be going to a different store from now on

I love this particular location, because it's not overly crowded and crazy like the other Sephora's I've been to. Its also larger than the one at North Park and the Galleria, so I will definitely be going. To me it has a calmer vibe than the other Sephora locations I've been too.

Great location to shop at if you want to avoid the mall, long lines, can shop peacefully, and be out in a flash. Everyone is always ready to help and are very friendly. Sadé, Marisol, and Christi are Amazing Makeup artist. I recommend this store to everyone!
