Have come in twice, first time staff ignored me and didnt ask if i needed help. 2nd time i decided i would grab clothing to try on and they opened up a changeroom for me and asked if i wanted to try on a different white top and i said ok and she goes 'size 12-14?' I am an obvious size 6-8 and all the clothes i had were that size and then she never grabbed me the top. Then when i was trying on my 4 different outfits the 2 shop assistants spent the whole time with 1 customer and didnt ask if the sizes all fit fine or if i needed anything. They were helping this other customer out so much and i felt ignored and i needed a smaller size but had no one to grab it for me. Tried this shop twice with $700 to spend because the clothes are beautiful but i feel like they have a snobby attitude and even though im only 20 they shouldnt judge who may or may not spend money. I ended up going to a different shop that had clothes half the price but the shop assistants were amazing and i spent $450 there! Money lost to your shop due to rude staff that werent helpful

I was there today and looking for pants I found exactly what I’ve been looking for but I had no chance to find matching top for the pants because stuff member in the shop come and grabbed the pants out of my hands and told me “she would like to take this pants to the changing room for me! Then I responded “I don’t need to try I wanna buy it” then she determined to keep pants out of my hands and said “I’ll take this to the register for you then!!! “ Then I had responded “ if it’s that makes you feel more safer about me, do it!” Unfortunately she thoughts “it’s a bit of costumer Service” but it’s not!! How rude and disrespectful is to treating people like potential shoplifters!!! Shame on you I walked out to the shopping centre without buying anything Because I offended so badly and lost my motivation. Good luck to other customers I will never go back again this shop!

I went there…. And DEE WAS OUTSTANDING. Can we be friends?? Haha. Honestly, every time I have been here, the people working there have been nothing but accomodating and make you feel so comfortable. But Dee, honestly, you made my day, not only are you stunning on the outside but you are so beautiful on the inside. Thank you so much for being such a great assistance, helping me. You made me feel so comfortable, your bring and vivacious personality is infectious and I hope you are there every time I visit. I LOVE my new outfit!!! And it’s not something I would usually wear (the pants) but you honestly listened and tailored things to me and my body. You are amazing. Thank you!!!

While I have had nothing but great customer service in my many years shopping at Sheike, today I had assistance from the lovely Shania. She went above and beyond for me. I mentioned I was wearing the outfit for a special occasion so she even steamed the dress again for me to ensure that it was perfect and ready to wear. In addition, she was very friendly, and had great knowledge on the items in store and helped me choose a lovely pair of earrings to go with my dress. A big thank you again to Shania!! Sheike- you should be extremely proud to have someone like this working in your store.

I am not one to normally leave reviews but absolutely felt the need to after my the amazing service I received in store today. I was in the change room and staff member Georgie was honestly so incredibly helpful! She is an absolute credit to your store and honestly has the best styling advice. You can absolutely see her passion for the brand and it’s reflected through her amazing customer service and people skills. I’ve never shopped at this stores location before but definitely will be coming back! ❤️❤️❤️

On a bustling Saturday during lunchtime, we paid a visit to the center, which was experiencing its peak trade. My wife picked out six items and was provided with outstanding service at the change rooms. Despite the pressure of a long line on a Saturday, the sales team at the counter handled it admirably. As a regional retail manager, I observed that the entire team at Chermside was exceptional. It was evident that they were genuinely enthusiastic about their work and took pleasure in being there.

Been a customer of Sheike for a long time. I love the style of the clothes, the material, the colours. Everything is worth the price. Highly recommended to everybody. Recently been attended by Jubb Serainidis. She’s so accommodating, very cheerful & really help me in choosing the right clothes for me. She’s one of the reasons why I keep on coming back at Sheike Chermside. Great customer service indeed. Good job, keep it up Jubb.

Honestly I was really upset and disgusted by my experience today. I walked in excited to buy a dress for an upcoming event. I had an employee walk past me to greet the person behind me and after they finished conversing the employee walked back through me as if I didn't exist. It's one thing to not greet someone but to physically walk into them (not just a shoulder touch or something minor) it is just plain rude.

The last two times I was in sheike Chermside looking for an event outfit and I was looked after by Neema.( I think that was her name) she went above and beyond and encouraged me to try on things I otherwise would not have. both times I left the store having bought something she had suggested. I wish I could take her to all the shops with me lol. what an asset to your company this beautiful woman is.

This business doesn't even deserve 1 star, i would give -10 if i could. My wife got a dress from this store, when she went to exchange due to change of mind. she was told this was faulty dress we sold you. we won't refund or give you store credit, even dress was in same condition as bought. Be aware before you buy any product. Bad business and Bad Management. stay away

Staff were extremely friendly and patient, allowing me to try on over a dozen outfits and working through my concerns one by one until I found one that made me feel awesome and confident. Special shoutout to Bridget who taught me some tips and tricks for styling my body type. Excellent customer service, clean and tidy store, and fantastic music too!

I am usually super happy with the girls support and clothes they recommend as well as the clothes - hence the 5 stars. Today two newer staff mambers in the changing room were just super annoying to be around - making useless comments, and seemed super bored. If they only wouldn't pretend to be happy to help it wouldn't have been so painful today.

Friendly and informative staff. One of the few places that isn't playing excessively loud music. The staff do a good job attending to customers, even when extremely busy, you are meet with a smile and you're looked after.
