Siu kitchen provides impeccable service to its diners and they really do go above and beyond to ensure that the meal is as perfect as possible. Not only were their soup base selection delicious, but their pay-per-dish ingredients were all incredibly fresh and tasty! Jason took really good care of my family and even helped me secure a piece of cake to celebrate my wife's birthday. They constantly checked-in with us to make sure we had everything that we needed and helped us refill our broth whenever it was getting low. For 6 people, our meal ended up around 200+, which is basically the same as eating at some AYCE hotpot restaurants. However, the ingredients were definitely fresher and we were all stuffed by the end of it! Overall, the price you pay will obviously be dependent on what you order, but I guarantee you that the freshness of their ingredients will definitely stand out when you compare it to some other AYCE hotpot restaurants. Recently found this place. Im glad to hear another unique hotpot open in Staten island. This place is not ayce (all you can eat), but it does offer other hotpot doesn't offer, and many Cantonese like; chicken hotpot, coconut broth. Brought my parents here and they really enjoyed this place. This place recently opened, they have this offer "post on WeChat and have at least 10 likes, get free lobster", they didn't have any more lobster but offered us premium beef instead. This place is a small, highly recommended make reservation or call ahead an hour before. Their sauce option is limited options and in a small space but I do like the fact that they have chopped fresh chili.

Great restaurant. Took my entire family and friends for Hotpot on Monday prior to Thanksgiving. We had Coconut chicken pot and spicy chicken pot, recommend . So yummy . We spent $33.77 per person on a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. This place is clean and the the only bathroom is clean as well. Parking lot is in the back of the restaurant, but is a little bit dark at night when we visited. Over all, I recommend this place.

Came around lunch time. The place was very clean and service was great. Order the fried buns as appetizer and coconut chicken pot. The fried buns was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft n little bit chewy on the inside. The stand out is the coconut chicken pot! It come with goji berries, mushrooms , mountain yam, fresh coconut meat, chicken ( pay for half or whole) and corn. The soup is so fragrant and sweet from the coconut. The chicken is added after the soup boils at your table. The chicken is very tender, recommend to eat it soon after it's added. The owner is very polite. He respects our time. He didn't urge us to finish. The food is fresh and the place is clean. However, it's a tiny restaurant that can't fit a lot of parties. There were 2 big groups and 3 to 4 small groups of people when we were there. Then, the restaurant was full.

I have tried hot pot in Colorado, Florida, Texas, and here in NY. I spent 5 days in NJ and NY, and ate Asian cuisine every day. Ngl this restaurant has the best hot pot that I’ve ever had. You can taste the freshness in food easily. I especially loved the house special marinated beef that just melts in my mouth. Their drinks were also great. Their place is nice and clean. For the price, its a la carte for the hotpot when you finish your chicken pot, Some items are more pricy than others but overall freshness is good. But the baby octopus is not good. Overall the chicken taste very good and the cilantro i love haha. Bathroom is single and clean very nightclub vibe w the purple light.Has heater for yourself and self dispense hand soap!

You come here to eat the chicken pot. If you have 4 people, order the whole chicken. I had this kind of food in Hong Kong, and it is very authentic. One advise for the restaurant is I wish they can let us pick the spicy level of the spicy chicken pot.
