Avoid avoid avoid! Overpriced for what it is. The VR there is a joke! They don’t even have the genuine machines. They use a pre-recorded video which they rewind and or you each time. The movement of the machine has nothing to do with the video being played. Don’t waste your time or money here. We only visited due to the large number of branches across India and expected it would be good. No idea why there is any hype at all. The cricket is also rubbish. The balls need constant refilling in the middle of your game. The machines inside the venue are old, tired and many broken. There seems to be low investment and zero maintenance in this place. For a true VR experience visit Zero Gravity which is nearby. You will not be disappointed at all.

This place has all types of games. Video games are available, bowling and many 3D adventures games also available ,while playing tha games you can also enjoy the the games with the food and drinks ,you can enjoy the the moment with your full family members and play many different types of games with your families and friends,many different types of food and beverages. They also have very good and caring members who handle & help in playing the games and their services are very professional. I recommend going and enjoying the games with your families and friends and this is a very good and excellent place .. very friendly .. all types of activities ... fun and frolic with too many activities.

I recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Smaash. My request to everyone don’t celebrate with them on the weekend it’s too crowded and they host almost 6-7 parties at the same time. Another issue was that by their staff members mistake one of my valuable gift got misplaced. There was zero cooperation from the team and staff to help me find it. No one was interested in helping us find our packet . Birthday was over they got their money so they had no interest in us as customers. One of the staff also misbehaved with us. I will not recommend them for their unprofessional and non cooperative behaviour to anyone. There are better options available in west Delhi thnlan them.

Bowling alley is not maintained properly .. Bowling balls gets stuck very frequently and the worst part is the employees are not at all helping . We asked to get a number 7 bowling ball , first he refused that they dont have one After a while we saw the same in other alley , and asked to give us one , he refused again This is the kind of service they are providing ... And also there is not restriction on who is coming to the alleys , those who are not at all playing are roaming there, which made the area really crowded and for those who are playing they were really frustrated .

It is located on 4th floor of RCUBE mall rajouri garden. The place has eye catching lights and with lots of games for entertainment. From kids to adults there are games for each age group. Smaaash is majorily known for its bowling alley which has a lot of waiting time. Apart from gaming there is a canteen available for refreshments which is runned by imperfecto. The place is generally crowded during weekends, would recommend weekdays if looking to play blowing. There is an ample amount of parking available in this mall with paid parking starting RS 30/-

Visited this place in Nov 2023 with my kids. It was really unpleasant experience that lot of kids doing vape & staff is also ok with it. I would really appreciate if authorised people can make arrangements for vape free place. Smaash is suppose to be sporty kids friendly place, we need act responsibly for our future generation.

Fun place for kids and adults alike! Taking away two stars because they did not have soap in the washrooms (though they were being cleaned periodically - so that’s a plus) and the staff did not even refill the soap dispenser after repeated requests. Kindly look into this aspect to maintain hygienic standards of the place.

The Place has good vibes, the staff is quite helpful and understanding. The cricket experience was good, although the bats handle deem weak and can broken with any shot anytime soon, suggested them to replace the bats with some real quality bats. Overall it was a nice experience

This place is absolutely perfect for having a great time with your kids, family, and friends. There are so many exciting arcade games and virtual reality games to enjoy. Bowling, cricket, and basketball are also a ton of fun here. I really loved the atmosphere of the place.

Go with friends or family or your date and have fun but their half of the games are not working so it was a bad luck. Try every single arcade if they are working because it's just a playzone to go back to childhood memories. And don't forget to click some good pictures.

Great place to have fun time. Staff is also very friendly especially Mr. Himanshu Sharma. I have played many games, all are awesome. Just 1 suggestion for bowling, 8 number balls are only 2 in number among 6 alleys, so the 8 number ball can be increased.

Absolutely pathetic to host a party, once you book they stop caring and the moment you reach there, they do not bother to do anything. They charge 3000 per kid for games and play which is not worth 300 as per their management.
