Bought balloons from here ($50 worth) and was going to pick them up later on so the helium would last for our party. The guy at the register was very friendly and provided great service. He took my details down (name and number) and wrote the time they should be collected at. He very clearly told me that this was so if I didn't happen to turn up at 5:30 they would call me and let me know. Got caught up in other things and before you know it... It was past 5:30 and I realised I hadn't picked up the balloons which I needed for the party that night. I was very surprised that I hadn't received any phone calls as I had been reassured that a phone call would be made if I hadn't picked them up. When I got to the store it was obviously too late. I was extremely disappointed that I hadn't been called. I followed up with this after and questioned as to why I hadn't been given a call. I was given poor excuses and also rudeness from the manager and male who had originally served me. He admitted to not calling me but said they had waited for me. It literally would have taken 2 seconds to make a phone call and I live so close by so I could have easily picked them up. They put all of the blame on me for forgetting and I understand that but it would have been courteous of them to simply give me a call about them. If you say one thing to a customer and then don't follow up then don't say anything at all. Very disappointed and very unhappy with your services. Clearly once you had taken the money from me you really didn't care about the order anymore. I've been coming to your store for years now and I am appalled by the service I received.

Went there last week to browse their craft stuff. My only GRIPE I have with a lot of these sorts of cheaper stores recently- and Parents take this with a pinch of salt- Is that there is no filter or thought in stocking some of their toys. I noticed a couple Five nights at Freddy's (rip offs) some SCP abominations and the main-show in Children's HORROR today, 'poppy's playtime.' If the workers could keep this junk out the view of primary school kids- or younger- my niece would have less nightmares. Doesn't take much more than a google search to discover most of these come from media all-about corrupt childrens toys or grinding human bodies into machines. - PLEASE just be AWARE about the media your kids are consuming- or, more importantly, sharing with their younger siblings. On to the ACTUAL review ~ ~ For my diy-tabletop gamers (DnD warhammer, etc.) and other crafters I managed to find some decent flocking for making trees or grass. the pet section has some interesting plants for aquariums that I plan on using for alien plants and flora, as well. Plenty of small bugs and critter toys I can paint into animal or monster minis, too. Large selection of cardboard cups, plates and party stuff for cutting into cheap buildings. In terms of regular crafts there's lots of Monte marte stuff with a couple nicer sketchbooks I was eyeing up. Nearby there is also plenty of bits and bobs for card making or whatever else.

this place is overwhelmingly massive but so worthwhile. I came in for a adult costume after Lombard didn't have any good sizes. the costumes were great but not what I wanted, the girl ones were a lil to erotic for a kids bday I had to go to that Arvo. they have a great selection of everything, all types of balloons, helium, airwalkers, and more, there's so much stuff for pets , Nik naks, gifts, massive gifts, cheap ones all the way thru to expensive items. I ended up buying at least 20 items (toys, superman toys, Spiderman iron man dancer, whoopie cushions girl stuff like keyrings glitter craft stuff wind up toys , drink dispenser and the bday bags and cards and way more that I can type) all for kids bday and it was so cheap like under 30 for everything. the staff are really helpful there was nice guy who chatted away with me and I have actually called them once before and they helped over the phone too! the photos were only for my aunt but I just put them up here lol anyways :) btw I did try to shop on their website but the costumes weren't in the store so I'm not sure if they still update online coz of covid times or not

I had the worse experience.. I bought some party things and carpets casier Claire charged me for healium and I said I don't want helium and I wanted to refund the balloons, then she was confused, asked me i owe money after the refund, although I paid the bill $47 she said I owe another $16 for helium which I have returned and she had to refund money for me which I didn't take home. She was very rude and then I asked i want to talk to the manager and she said she is the manager and she will not let me go until I pay the money that I owe after refunding helium balloons. I would never ever go there. She is unable to do simple maths calculations and kept saying our system says that i owe her. Reduculus... I would expect a casier would be able to do some simple maths calculations. Anyway I had to fo back to work and I paid cash again and left. I have all the receipts as a proof.. I would not recommend this shop for anyone..

I went into the store yesterday my first visit...to say the lady at cashier was rude is an understatement. Lack of customer service, lack of manners when I asked for managers details I was told no and it won't do me any good as he has told to do her job this way Honestly if this is how your staff treat customers no wonder it is half empty of people and your stock is discounted due to lack of sales Customers told me as I left the store that is normal and they have all experienced her rudeness She tells people she is to the manager... maybe some customer service training would help

The manager Claire is so wonderful you couldn’t ask for better, she’s always got a huge smile on her face and very welcoming. She genuinely cares about her customers too. I always leave this store feeling great and getting the best prices. All quality products with everything at a reasonable price. If you ever need something they have it!

Actually surprisingly nice! I was looking for craft items and the other stores had nothing. This place was very clean and had tons of cheap craft items perfect for what I needed. It also had a bunch of party items for relatively cheap compared to even other stores like Kmart. Definitely check this place out for some cheap steals.

Glad I found this gem of a store. Initially went here to see if I could find any food deals, but stumbled upon some great stuff for art. Has heaps of little things you wouldn't think existed for your home/car. Everything from party goods to essential home items. Really great store for hobbies and any DIY. Highly recommend.

Went in with a balloon from another store and asked for helium to be put in it. They were more than happy to take my money with no warnings that a refund would not be given if the helium didn't work or of any other kinds. So now im out $10 with a balloon that sits on the floor. What a joke.

Not a bad shop, its huge and you can get lots of bargains, craft, kids books stationary, kitchen, home deco etc expect to be there for a couple of hrs , i got kids books for $2 really good ones and lots of craft bits, had a great time walking around in there, must go back
