This garage is a great place to do morning photo/video with the skyline as a backdrop, except you get up there to the top and find it's prohibited by the owners. But why ? You could charge $5 just to access the top deck for photo/video use and make a ton of money. Instead you got the security guy running people off. Never mind we paid the money to use the facility. 2 stars because the security guy was at least polite, while being a little snarky. However, in the future, when I need to park in east downtown, I'll use another lot. You may not let people take pictures on the top level; and I don't have to park my car there.
