On July 19th, around noon, I visited the store to purchase perfume as a gift. This was my second visit to Spa Ceylon at One Gall Face in almost a year and my previous trip was pleasant, with friendly staff. This time, however, I was shocked by the poor customer service. Unlike before, I received no welcome, assistance, or even a smile while selecting products. Even though I aimed to buy the Tuberose - Eau De Perfume, the tester was empty. At the cashier, after choosing an alternative body spray on my own, my disappointment grew. During the entire transaction, the cashier was engaged in a conversation with another staff member and completely disregarded offering a basic greeting, hello, or even a simple thank you. In summary, my recent visit differed greatly from past positive experiences. The lack of welcome, assistance, tester availability, and basic cashier courtesy led to a deeply disappointing customer service encounter.

Products are great. Great selection. But staff and maintenance of store and products is terrible. Including terrible gift wrapping service which was just shockingly bad and terrible in terms of standards and quality made worse by lack of care by staff. All 3 staff are gathered around the counter with no customer service or sales floor presence to assist customers. The products are layered with dust while staff continue to gossip in their corner. Staff are not appreciative of customers and not considerate of customer needs. Leaving a sour taste whereas other branches provide excellent service. Would not recommend this branch if you want customer service and feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend the Bambalapitiya Branch for exceptional customer service and gift wrapping services.

These people are cheaters! Check what they add to your bill! I’ve purchased some items. First, they “forgot” to put some of the items I’ve paid for into my bag (found this out a few days after. I had to come back and take that item). Next, I have found some extra items added - somehow they added 3 extra bags! While I was given only one bag. Those bags are pretty chip, but if they cheat like this every time, with every customer, it is quite a big sum of money

Cheating! Be vigilant! They sell all the goods, and leave some for themselves, in the hope that the tourists are passing through and will not return. We noticed it after a couple of days. They did not put the expensive cream. But there is no way to present it to the store, because already left. So carefully, without leaving the cash register, check the receipt and the contents of the purchase.

This is the shop I experienced WORST customer service in whole life . Do not even deserve one star . I went to inquire some products and the sales person shouted saying NO even without properly asking what I was looking for . He was acting arrogant, rude and dismissive manner . DO NOT RECOMMEND. To the management - pls send one Halle face store staff to basic customer care training .

Despite the premium quality of goods sold here, the customer service is still to be level up. I wish the staff would understand that why people ask questions is because they wanna know is the product really suitable for themselves. The responses I received were rude and neglecting manner. Hope the management would consider on this matter. No offense on products at all.

Bought multiple stuff from here. Creams, Perfumes and all sorts. All are very high quality. A little expensive but still worth the price you pay If you are a tourist, I recommend this place to you as well. I can’t recommend anything in particular because different people have different tastes. So try everything and see! (There are testers)

Im a very much Loyal Customer of Spa Ceylon . My experience at the new OGF outlet was not that great. The queue was so long and the person at the counter was on a call and all over on it. We had to wait for so long and being on a discount day the staff should be more active. This is only for your improvement. The staff members name was Nisal.

Went to buy a body spray and a cologne from this branch and the cologne tester we wanted to try was over. Asked the gentleman there whether we can get another tester and he said no. Asked him about the other fragrances that they have under colognes and he had no clue and seemed like he didn't want to help us. Very poor customer service

Tried to purchase products using KOKO and mint pay. all 3 attemps they rejected it saying various like such as app not working. system down and etc.. ended up paying in Visa. wanted to try both apps as it was interesting and to top up the limit.but they kept on rejecting. so please void advertising if you cannot deliever.

Today went to the ogf spa ceylon branch. There was a male staff person who was so rude. I don't know his name if so I could mention here cus he was that much rude for me I don't know if he was in his personal matter. I love their products but it would be much better if there's friendly staff there

A usually the great products and placed accessible area. Regardless of the products, staff doesn't recommending much and supportive when it comes to selection of the products compared to other branches. Overall great. It is better to be more supportive which they would easily increase more sales.

Worst customer service. No warm greeting or willingness to help. Half the staff look like they would rather be somewhere else than at work. When purchasing my items the cashier throughout the whole transaction did not even utter one word. Not even a hi, hello, or thank you. Very disappointing.

Great place to buy authentic products from spa Ceylon. Staff is friendly. Overall spa Ceylon products prices are bit expensive. Depending on the product and its use have to choose weather it is worth it or not. Place is really nice smells good as any spa Ceylon .

You can smells traditional aurvedic & herbal procucts in here. Spa ceylon have products to support feelings such as destress, sleeping, meditation, romantic, etc. Staff are friendly in here. You can find large variety of products in here.

Pashm8nd and Ishara great staff friendly and helpful. Great products and gorgeous packaging. You get all types of beauty, skincare and perfumes. Stunning decor. Highly recommended

While my visit here didn't meet my expectations in terms of customer service, I hope the staff can work towards providing a more pleasant experience for future customers.

Honestly very bad customer service. I wouldn't go here. The people who the staff are friends with get priortaized over the other customers. I wouldn't go to this branch.

Got my sister her bday gift from here. And she loved it. I am still amazed by their fragrances! Such a wonderful place to visit. Obviously good quality products.
