I don’t even know where to start. They didn’t get our massage booking right. It caused us so many problems at the place, that we had to change our massage package completely. 2) My Husband and I wanted a couples room for our massage, but because they got our booking wrong, and we had to change our massage package to a simple foot massage, they wouldn’t even give us a room together, or separate rooms for that matter. Only one of could get a private room and the other had to go to the common area, and since I’m a Muslim woman and I had to remove my hijab, my husband had to go to the common room. 3) When they told us that we couldn’t have our full body massage they gave us a a head, shoulder, and legs massage option, and when we accepted it, they changed it to only legs massage claiming that their time had gotten wasted and now they could only do the leg massage!! I am beyond furious and will NEVER recommend spa Ceylon massages to ANYONE!! There are much better places out there!

I visited SPA Ceylon, Bambalapitiya this morning. The shop itself has a very large selection of items and is very pleasant. However there was hardly anyone to help the customers. There were 3 people seated at a desk, not offering to help anyone. There was one guy standing around and didn't even bother to ask if he could be of any help. After browsing around for a while I went up to him and asked for a product. He had to go and ask the 3 people at the desk as he didn't know. Still no one at the desk offered to help me to find what I wanted or give advice to find something. There was another couple of people also walking around looking for help and left after a while. Extremely poor customer service, especially for a fancy store. I don't think I'll visit this store again.

Went to get a voucher. Which should have taken me 10mins. Instead, they went on about how their system hasn’t been updated on the new prices so they are unable to give the correct gift vouchers. Their options were: 1. To give the old voucher and expect the gift recipient to pay the remaining which is absurd cuz why would you gift someone and want them to pay for a massage? 2. They told me to buy additional vouchers that would exceed the ritual I requested for. ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they suggested was to inconvenience the customer and nothing from their part. For such a ‘so called advanced company’ they have a terrible and incompetent system in place. Really appalled at their service.

Beautiful atmosphere and exclusive and exceptional packaging but the quantity or the effects on the products has to be an individual preference. I am used to Body shop products and what I see in the international renowned products, you can actually feel the value for your money and the effects on your skin whether you are Asian, Mediterranean or European. I guess that is why these internationally renowned products are appreciated for years and years as there is much testing and experiments and customer care and feedback. I buy Spa Ceylon products for gifts and the vouchers for foot massages and I feel they are ok.

Ms. Sabrina has a good team under her belt. The only issue I had was that they were not ready to honor their written commitments. When presented with gift cards valid for 5 years, they charged us extra, and when questioned, their explanation was that prices had gone up. To prove their point they said that their new gift cards only have three months validly and if there is a price increase during that period that they would not charge extra from those customers. Haven't they shot their own foot with such an explanation? If it is good for three months, then why not it is good for five years as well. Disappointed.

Spa Ceylon is an experience one must have! I highly recommend their services — the massage was so heavenly. I could just fall asleep like a baby. Along with their services, their products are another treat. They have a varied range of products but my favourite one is sandalwood & cardamom rose for sure. I fell in love with the texture of their moisturiser, a little goes a long way. I definitely long to experience this sort of luxury and care over and over again. They have become my favourite brand for a spa indulgence.

Had my first experience at Spa Celyon Bambalapitiya, amazing place to be and reasonably prices for Spa treatments. 6 of us booked in for Head and Shoulders and Foot Massages, we booked the room which can accommodate 6 of us and it was quite cosy to be together. All staff are very professional and polite. I had Suranji as my masseuse and she was very good, I would come back for a full body massage when I’m back in lanka, great service guys and keep up the good work.

A couple of helpful male staff made for a pleasant shopping experience - all went south when after paying I noticed something that looked like coasters by a woman who'd been busy on her phone for at least 20mins - I asked her what they were - no answer beyond a blank stare. Located at Bambalapitiya junction. A magical place with wonderful colors. Lots of are available mainly focused on foreign people. A cool place decoration nicely. They have recently opened this branch. The location is excellent and more convenient for the people who prefer shopping in Bambalapitiya. Fairly expensive though

One of the best spa experience. Tried their urban foot therapy. The treatment was excellent and had a great relief for my foot pain. The ambiance of the spa is excellent. The interior is really appealing. The soothing music is mind relaxing. Staff is really friendly. Highly recommended.

I visited the store this week and they have the worst customer service. Honestly no one helped me choose products and didn't advice me on how to use them either which is horrible cause am new to this brand. Overall the products are amazing obviously,but customer service is the worst.

Horrible experience. Very bad customer service. Only one staff was knowledgeable about the products. All others were busy with their own work. Had to wait for a long time for an agent to assist me. Most of the products were out of stock. This particular outlet is not worth the time.

You will get to know the quality of their products just at the entrance with soothing fragrances. They have unique collection of indigenous Ceylon /Srilankan products. Very high in quality. Body sprays (Unawatuna) and Lotions are crowning in their portfolio for me.

Probably the best professional spa in Colombo. You can buy the products directly in the boutique shop and get treatments in the 1st flooe. Reserve treatments upfront via telephone and decide if you want to be treated by a female or male therapist.

The massage I had was lovely, but the service at the counter wasn’t very helpful. They were clustering together and talking. Rather than wanting to serve customers. You should visit main branch spa Ceylon creak at branch as they are very helpful.

I found the best and most souvenirs here rather than souvenir shops. I bought a fragrant cushion to gift my boss. And then roll on deodorants and what not. My wife bought a lot of stuff too. She is extremely happy with her purchase.

The time says its closing at 11pm. Travelled far and came to the store at 9pm to get a voucher and people inside had no interest in opening the shop. Please take time to update the opening hours so people don't waste their time.

I don't buy products from Spa Ceylon anymore because they are heavily scented. But, I love their spa menu, service & the overall vibe. Personal favourite: Head, neck & shoulder massage. Highly recommend Peshala for the massage.

Quite expwnsive place. The productos are not so good they look like. The treatments depend. If you are Lucky and have a good one who deos it well it is ok but we did 6 treatments and inly one Was worth to.
