A huge turn off is a food service at the hotel. Breakfast has a very poor variety of choices in terms of quality (when you travel with a child it's a great matter): fried eggs at buffet table were served with raw whites which could be a potential source of salmonella, on a piece of cheese a mold developed and the waiter didn't even apologized for that! In fact the personnel at the restaurant is friendly as long as you are satisfied, but as soon as you complain about something they turn cold and unfriendly - and that's exactly a sign of poor service, because there can always be some mistakes, but it's important how they are handled by the hotel, after all we come here to enjoy.. a bit of individual approach would be also appreciated.. also didn't like our dinner at the restaurant, the food tasted like it was warmed up in the microwave before serving...

Sadly a little disappointed - my husband stayed at the Pupp and were very excited to try out the spa. We could not get a couples massage as they told me they weren't offering it at this time, so we each got a massage and it was sadly the worst we've had. The masseuses felt like they were barely touching you, it was just light rubbing. We had higher expectations. The hot tub was not hot at all, and the pool was pretty cold. Other than that, the pool area is nice.

Byl to můj velký sen, který mi splnil Ježíšek k Vánocům a tak jsem mohla být ubytovaná v tomhle PŘEKRÁSNÉM hotelu na tomhle úchvatném a famózním místě. Člověk si tady připadá doslova jako v pohádce. Krásné místo, překrásná velmi pozitivní energie, neskutečně milá a vždy vstřícná obsluha zkrátka skutečně pohádka. Jsem si jistá, že toto kouzelné místo musí uchvátit každého. Jsem moc vděčná, že jsem mohla toto místo navštívit. Ta cesta za to rozhodně stála a doufám, že se zase vrátím.

Wir waren ganz zufrieden und haben das mal ausprobiert obwohl wir das eigentlich gar nicht brauchen dennoch war es eine interessante Erfahrung und hat gut getan. Man hat zumindest den Eindruck von ordentlichen Physiotherapeuten und Menschen mit Ahnung behandelt zu werden und es waren alle sehr freundlich. Viele der Anwendungen die ich ja angeboten werden klingen ein wenig nach man "muss einfach Geld ausgeben" aber es sind auch einige sehr sinnvolle Sachen dabei.

Den zweiten Stern gibt es für das freundliche Personal Im Restaurant und den Charme längst vergangener Zeiten. Das Spa jedoch ist unter aller Kanone! Laut, klein, viele Lampen in den Becken defekt, in der Spa-/ Massageabteilung sind die ,,Beauty-Girls" sich fast zu schade einen zu beraten und wahrscheinlich sowieso der Meinung, dort nicht hin zu gehören, sondern nach Paris oder LA. naja....gesehen und abgehakt.

Krásné prostředí, milý personál, nové spa a wellnes. Rád bych dal 5 hvězd, ale dojem z návštěvy pokazí, že Vám v poslední minutě pobytu naúčtují parkovné z hotelového parkoviště. Navštívil jsem mnoho pěkných hotelů, ale vždy bylo parkování na hotelovém parkovišti v ceně pokoje. Dvě noci, jeden vůz 780 Kč. Myslím, že by bylo vhodnější tuto cenu započítat do ceny pokoje a nedávat takový "dárek" na rozloučenou.

Ayurvedic massages are very good. The pool is way too small for the size and quality of the hotel, plus the tiling is too slippery. Sauna is hot and dry. The access to the pool area is a bit cumbersome, a long downward staircase, door that only opens with a hotel card. The looks of the guests when they see someone flapping around in a towel though the lobby is priceless

Wir haben uns dort nur eine Pause gegönnt und ein Eis (Becherovkaeis mit Birne) gegönnt. Das Pupp gehört zu den renommierten Hotels in Karlsbad und ist wohl auch eins der größten und teuersten Hotels am Platz. Die Konditorei wird hochgelobt und auch unsere Tischnachbarn haben die Schokotorte in den höchsten Tönen gelobt.

We stayed there for a week, and we like it. The hotel is old(even a new part of a hotel), the room was not perfect, but there were more good things we payed attention to. Perfect breakfast and spa area are the things that really made us enjoy the vacation. If I visit this town again, I will definitely stay in this hotel

We came for a business trip in the weekend and two college got pool folliculitis, if needed I can provide medical report as well. Apart from no late room service , no vegan menu , or unfriendly front desk a five star(allegedly) SPA hotel should know hot to disinfect their facilities. Won't recommend and won't go again.

Kolejka linowo szynowa na punkt widokowy z wieżą na karlowe wary. Bilet normalny 100 koron w 1 stronę 150 koron w dwie. Pieszo 15 do 20 minut. U góry restauracja. Piwo 0.5 37 do 47 koron. Dania obiadowe od 180 do 400 koron. Motylarnia, mini zoo, mały plac zabaw dla dzieci. Widok, no widziałem lepsze.

Saubere Zimmer, viel Historie, gute Sauna (in unserem Aufenthalt wenig frequentiert). Pool ok, die separaten Becken haben alle 33 Grad, eine Variation wäre besser. Frühstücksbüffet im Spiegelsaal ist wirklich besonders. Beachten sollte man bei Buchung, dass es ein Haupt- und Nebengebäude gibt.

Für die Größe des Hotels ist der Spa Bereich deutlich zu klein dimensioniert! Für einen Platz in der Sauna steht man Schlange und einen Platz im Ruheraum bekommt man erst gar nicht!

Top, Spitzenklasse in Punkto Service. Nicht günstig aber der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Sehr freundliches und wirklich zuvorkommendes Personal, im Hotel, Casino und SPA.

Káva v Grandhotelu Pupp, to jsem si nemohl nechat ujít. Grandiózní zážitek, když dáte číšníkovi vyjímečné spropitné. To jsem si nemohl nechat ujít. Ten úžasný pocit.

One of my yearly tradition is to visit karlovy vary and staying in my favourite hotel Pupp grand Hotel. such a nice and clean hotel with amazing stuff
