Here is my detailed experience with Sparsh Multi-speciality hospital, Yeshwantpur : I got admitted for my left shoulder bankart lession and labrum tear surgery on 13- Dec-2023 , prior to it the admission team was so helpful to guide with the required documentation and process .. Sheetal from the orthopedic service line management was soo helpful with the required admission process and it was pretty smooth and hassle free with just a couple of documents to be submitted.. Surgery took place on 14th Dec 2023 at morning 9 am , prior to which the nursing staff , cleaning and shifting team were so rejuvenate to help with pre-op process .. I opted for single pvt room and all the services were excellent , rooms very maintained very neat , and cleaning staff would show up very frequently to make sure it's clean after any visitors vist.. During pre-operation Doctors and staff professionals were good enough to explain the process and keep up the patient trust and zeal .. I was operated by Dr .Vinay Kumarswamy-Orthopedic surgeon and I would say was blessed to be in right hands , right from the beginning doctor was so patient to explain the process and during surgery was kind enough to call my attendee to explain on what went well and certain procedures that were avoided as it wasn't as anticipated, avoiding unnecessary procedures..Thanks to it Post surgery I had a server after effect pain that night and I would really appreciate the effort of the staffing nurse who helped with required medications on time and the compassion shown , literally the nurse showed every 20-30 min to check on my wellness from 2 am to 7am in the morning.. This is what a patient expects as a service..Thanks to them Sparsh has a team of well packed staff doctors, concerned dept experts like surgeons , physicians , dieticians, physiotherapist etc who address you in time and are just a call away . Overall one feels safe and secured with an excellent nursing staff . Food and beverages on call facilities are available for attendees and care takers who can avail at an additional costs ,and are quick in their service .. Thanks to them . Any issues if escalated to the right heads , the team is super quick in addressing it amd gives a proper resolution in time , Which I really appreciate and very happy how a person from 'patients service line management' named "Raghu" was able to handle it , appreciate the professionalism shown by him and the managing the issue.. Although had some issue during discharge and cashless claims , Raghu took a personal care & assisted in faster processing with escalations and keeping the patient in loop , post discharge Sheetal and Raghu were keen enough to check on my conditions and give an update on the claims .. Special thanks to Raghu for a smooth handling Keep up the good work ! Cons: -I would suggest staffing nurse to have check on patient on their requirements/needs during the period of post discharge summary & the actual discharge i.e when patient departs after final clearance. - Billing staff member was rude in his behaviour in the process explanation during discharge and I would request him to have patience & be empathetic towards patient/attendees as they lack the informations , rather explain & give timelines . There need to be proper synchronisation between the billing team and the discharge nursing team , so that they are aware and aligned on how long the patient needs wait & doesn't miss his/her medications in this time Span.. I am sure hospital would adress them in near future.. Overall I would highly recommend Sparsh - Yeshwantpur to anyone & family members for their admissions and the procedures if planned and also for all my further visits.. Thank you Sparsh .

Had been for corporate health checkup on Friday and this review is specific to that experience. Firstly, the hospital is neat and clean and the front desk team, co-oridnates well enough. However, they need to improve process of managing the crowd and come out with more robust method of assigning /directing to next procedure in row. We had to get running around to know what was next. They served complimentary breakfast, which was good enough. The waiting time is too long once the samples are collected. We were told 2 hrs but it took 4.5 hrs.. They need to come up with a facility to have online consultation and sharing the reports over mail (which they still do), in order to save time. Finally, the staff almost asks to give reviews and they insist on it frequently. When said that it would be done later they get offended. They are doing pretty fair job, but they need to stop following up and requesting people to rate in front of them. In short, good job, except for few improvements.

Got admitted under the Doctor Shwetha Krishnamurthy(Obs and Gynaecologist),The service I received from Dr.Shwetha K and duty doctors and Nurse at labour ward was really excellent,they haven't only treated me physically they supported me mentally throughout my treatment....Dr.Shwetha K is really very professional and friendly, kind too,she really made sure that I was informed about my health and care properly .I am really glad that I choose Dr Shwetha for my first ever Gynaecology consultation. Great place for whatever treatment you are looking.. Best staff and Doctors who takes care off patient and attender too. They help understand process and documentation in easy way. In my case my father was moved from other hospital to Sparsh as we had lot of hope with Sparsh Doctors and without any doubt they proved. In previous hospital we almost took 2 to 3 weeks time to get to know the issue but at sparsh within 7 days they started with process and medication too and happy that he is doing well. Big hugs and thank you to Doctor Rohan C Naick and sisters and brothers who worked hard during our tough time.

Nowadays service in this hospital has become very worse. Staff count is less in 3 sharing rooms. Staff will not respond immediately. No proper maintenance of rooms. It has become more like government hospital. Management has to check and set right the things. Else if the same situation continues then within couple of years no one will turn up to this hospital. Having experienced Doctors is important but having enough staff to maintain is much more important. If you are charging extensively then you’ve to provide the service accordingly.

Hi brother was getting admitted in Sparsh hospital as a RTA case. We are admitted under Dr Karthik & Dr gowtham. Nursing department and everyone is helping somuch and when we have a financial issues on time impact guru team also helping. My daughter was admitted under Dr Manjunath Ent ,she underwent a surgery , we are from poor family we came to know about sparsh vachana , under this scheme they do free surgery for the children. it was really helpful I would like to express my gratitude to Doctor Manjunath marketing Vivek , SLM Hema madam who helped us in this process and also well supported pediatrics team and quality care and very good nursing staff like suma ,kiran ,parida, amruta ,Anusha are well supporting and services were good

Dr Shwetha Krishnamurthy was the one who attended to medical issue and she was very clear and thorough explaining the issue and the test that needed to be carried out.The services provided by the team was excellent. The Doctors are really nice and they ensure patient feels comfortable. The nursing staff provided an excellent service and were very helpful. The hospital staff are good and took care of the patient properly. The facilities are also good and the hospital services are satisfactory.

This Hospital is closer to my locality and very convenient with highly professional doctors and staff. Last year my wife was diagnosed with Dengue and she had undergone treatment followed by hospitalization. Doctors were open to explain the situation and give treatments. We are lucky to have One of the best pediatricians Dr.shwetha Krishnamurthy who has been treating my Son from his birth. I really appreciate her for keeping patients first whenever it comes to treatment.

I saraswathi.d came to sparsh hospital for physiotherapy as adviced by my orthopedic Doctor. For seven days megha the physiotherapist made me do exercises and also ultrasound therapy. I am better now. Megha is professionally good, explains wgat she us doing snd why. She is also kind and caring. If my doctor suggest some more days of physio, I will definitely come once again. I had come to health checkup, after blood given for test I felt dizzy and got it immediately attended by doctors and they took good care of me. Much appreciated. It would be great if documentary and lab process time is much faster, as I could see there is more lag for the lab reports generation and process. I would suggest to hire more staffs this lab and documentation process. If this is taken care then it would have been 5 stars

Dr Ravindra puttaswamaiah is the excellent orthopedic doctor i ever seen.I have under went Total knee replacement surgery, I was suffering from lot of pain now I'm really doing better thanks to the doctor and team doctors. We were here for the delivery of my first child. Overall had pleasent experience. Everything was taken care in good manner. I was treated for dengue by Dr Chaya whose treatment was promising. Santhosh brother who is a nurse gave the most honest service. Hema mam, SLM, took any issue reported with atmost care and support. Very good support system. State of the art medical instruments and very helpful support staff! Ms. Reshma, the dietitian, was very clear in her communication regarding diet modification that was required without scaring her patient. It was very nice and helpful. Had my medical test scheduled at Sparsh Hospital Yeshwanthpur and the process was quite seamless. The doctors and hospital staff are quite polite and helpful. Special thanks to Ms Vasantha from the hospital staff who was quite helpful and kept me informed of the whole process. Medical check ups can tend to be a stressful experience but it was quite good.

My father Ramakrishnaiah has been admitted for kidney stone operation under the guidance of Dr.Avinash and team all were kind and operated the patient very well even the nurses were also very kind and patiently attended the patients liked their service in general ward. I visited the Sparsh Yeshwanthpur Physiotherapy department (Special thanks to Megha) for persistent shoulder paid which I had over the last 6 weeks. Physiotherapy was through and very helpful to reduce my pain. Staff in physiotherapy department are very knowledgeable and patient to explain the cause of pain and remediation needed.
