Great place and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We recently adopted the new member of our family from here, Thor. My husband and I love our fur baby. Our little Thor had a rough start in life. We're so happy he found his way into our loving family. Thank you, SPCA.

Beautiful and well thought out. The dogs have their own glass enclosed air conditioned rooms. Most of them seemed quite calm. The glass was nice because we could see each other, it kept both safe, and seemed to keep the barking down to a minimum.

I've been volunteering here for a while now and I have had so much fun. Get to help walk dogs and read to them in their little doggie suites. So far all the dogs I've walked have been adopted YAY!! They treat the animals here real good.

Appointment times are not actual appointment times it’s first come first served. They don’t tell you that cats have to be in a carrier and regardless of how much information you fill out online they don’t know what you’re there for when you

1st time visiting. Clean and calm place. Got seen in a very short time. Everything was clearly explained, and every time I added something they told me how the price changed and if I was OK with that. I've NEVER been asked that and it felt

I've adopted 3 dogs from this facility and have had such a great experience. I love the fact that they send the pups home with a 14 day check up and 30 days of insurance. I recommend taking advantage of the 14 day check up. They give you

We adopted our fur baby Olive (was Cami) here two months ago, and we couldn't be happier. Staff was friendly, helpful and caring. While she was in shelter she was fearful and had lots of anxiety, understandably so. At home she has truly

I’m so thankful for SPCA. I live in Fort Worth and due to the fact my doggie is 8yrs old low cost places denied us because he is at high risk. I called around pet clinics and because of his age we would be charged $500+. I prayed and

Great place, just for taking care of animals alone reason to like it. I would give it 5 stars, Not their fault, but they could have a better infrastructure to attend the public, you wait considerably although you had an appointment.

We had our pup neutered yesterday. The check in was easy, the communication was great! Loved the update after the surgery with reminder of pick up time. The video is firing check in, with ask the dogs/cats, I was surprised by how

Something has changed over the past year with this location. I started fostering when the pandemic hit and my first experience was great. A couple years later, couple fosters later and I'm not sure how I'm feeling about it.

The staff at this location care so much about animals. The shelters that aren't able to adopt out 90% of their animals (aka no-kill) deserve our assistance just as much if not more!! The Dallas SPCA is

Very caring and knowledgeable. Not a full service vet, so just shots and general checkups. They are also not low-cost, but I got an exam, shots and 6 months of heartworm treatment for $144.
