There is no option to give zero stars, else I would have done that. Worst experience. Unskilled, unpolished behaviour by the staff. We took my GSD for maggots yesterday and forget removing the maggots, the "Doctor" did not even see the wound!! The way they spoke with attitude was as though the opposite person is a fool. Agreed we are not qualified vets, but we have reared three dogs, two GSDs - which qualify for some experience. We paid 1100 for NOTHING. UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

It's expensive...now a days less expensive alternatives with good quality are being offered in more and more places... just like generic/ Jan Oushadhi for humans. If that is done more volumes would turn out. It would be more beneficial if there's a pet clinic with Vet Dr. visiting, atleast in specific timings. Shop, location, parking are good.

Awesome store & good premises which I found in our area. The store has established professionally and available all pet (dogs&cats) Food, treats, accessories, medicines, vaccines, grooming facility also professional advice and moreover store owner is very good and pleasing person....
