-1 stars tonight. Lady that worked tonight ( sept 18,2023) was rude and bad at math. I always have a good experience with the other parking attendants but this one was just horrible . She charged me $25 when I came in two hours before free parking started (should’ve been 20) and refused to validate my receipt (customers should get 2.5 hour free parking) . Train ur people better.

Free parking on the evenings and weekends??? NOT!!! Friday night, we arrived at 6:30, open gate and sign, free parking. Wife and I leave at 8:30pm and there is an attendant charging people $5 to leave bc we didn’t get our ticket “validated”… bullcrap! The gate WAS OPEN, there were NO TICKETS TO VALIDATE! This garage is operated by scammers!

3.7 parking spot. After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive about the parking here. Upon arrival, the rates are posted. So I parked thinking 25 per. No, it was 25 per stay. My vehicle was there for 3 days without issue, and I paid 25. The attendees answered my questions without attitude. There was nothing wrong with this spot. Cheers..

500 empty spots and one person parks bad so I'm not in the lines and I get a ticket? Late night parking now has teenage girls on cell phones handing out "free" tickets....only to come back to 25.00 tickets.

Parking is plentiful. And free on the weekends. Unfortunately for us the day that we were there the elevators were out of order. The stairs were very steep and difficult for me to navigate with a cane.

Information on this garage indicates that it is $3.00/hour or $15.00 DAILY MAX. I was parked there for exactly 2 hours and was charged $15.00 ! How does 2 hours equate to a DAILY MAX CHARGE??!!!!

Parking and paying bills licence plate (and a webpage or text). Currently free weekend parking which is GREAT. Easy walk to most of downtown Fort Worth.

The parking garage is fine, but it's expensive. Anything over 2 and a half hours is $25.

I park almost every weekend and haven't had any charge or any problems
