Cannot comment on the flowers as they were delivered for a funeral and I didn't get to see them, but very disappointed by the service. When I booked the order I asked for a simple request of emailing me a photo of the flowers so I could see what was being sent. Was told by the person who took the order this request would be put on the order form and was assured that it would be fine. It was not fulfilled. If it was too much trouble or was not something that could be done, fine, I would have taken my order elsewhere to a florist who could appreciate my request. When I emailed back regarding this, the owner of the stores response to my disappointment was " I am really sorry you’re disappointed but it’s not a service we guarantee and whilst it might only take a second if everybody requested it I need an extra member of staff just to take pictures. Can you not ask someone at the delivery address to send one to you?" This is not what I was told when I put my order in. Funerals are difficult enough, but even more so during this time, so, no, I'm not going to bother the grieving family.

Amazing service! VERY please! I could not be happier with everything from ordering, ease of payment, turn around and delivery of this stunning arrangement! After messaging them on instagram they replied almost instantly, quickly answering all my questions. Sam then rang me to take my order and payment - which was so easy and quick to do, he was lovely to speak to, he noted down my delivery instructions and a request for staff to send me photos of the gift before delivery. They created this stunning hat box arrangement (and included all my foliage requests!) and had it deliveried to my friend the same day! As requested they sent me high quality photos via instagram and a delivery update. The friend recieving them was absolutely delighted and loved them, she said they are so stunning! Our of 5 stars, these guys deserve 10. Our family were ordering a wreath and teardrop spray from Australia for the London funeral of a much loved cousin. Sam was friendly, prompt and helpful in responding to our initial enquiry, took on the task of assembling the wreath himself (stunningly beautiful) and even included some eucalyptus leaves so there was a touch of the Aussie bush in the church. And then was thoughtful enough to send a gorgeous photo when completed, not knowing whether we would see it otherwise. As the funeral was live-streamed we could see our flowers together in the church and now the wreath hangs on our cousin's front door where her friends and neighbours can admire and remember her. Brilliant work SW Blooms, long may you flourish!

I wanted to surprise someone staying in London with some nice plants, but since I was living in another country I had to reply on online shops. In fact I found SW Blooms through instagram I've contacted them there. They replied very quickly and were super helpful. It's not easy to choose a set of plants from a shop when you are hundreds of kilometers away, but they showed a ranged of plants which fitted what I was looking after. They also have a very pretty selection of pots. Everything worked smoothly, and the delivery was made in a very short time. They even wrote a hand written note in Maltese (which Im sure is not a language that they know!) The recipient was extremely happy with the plants. Great service, I highly recommend.

As a complete novice when it comes to flowers, especially funeral flowers, I was more than happy to place my trust in Roni to produce a fitting funeral wreath to sit on top of my deceased friend's coffin. All I did was suggest a couple of colours my friend had loved and Roni did the rest. When the hearse arrived and I first caught sight of the wreath, it took my breath away. It looked absolutely amazing - perfect, fresh purple and white blooms interwoven and arranged with such artistry and skill: it was the most beautiful arrangement of flowers I had ever seen and the most fitting tribute to my dear friend I could have wished for. I recently sent a two star review regarding the flowers I received which was a huge mistake. The flowers were not arranged by SW Blooms Florist but only ordered via their website and not arranged by the florist. Absolutely disgraceful, I ordered a plant for delivery for a special memory and ordered in advance then the day before got a mis spelt email saying didn't have plant in stock and offered rubbish alternative, I am furious and upset as it was then too late to send replacement so I had to send something from another website but obviously arrived a day late , I have complained and expressed my upset and disappointment and not even had a reply , surely they would of known before day before and if they had this special memory would not of been spoilt

I was so happy with my wedding flowers! My husband is the owner of SW Blooms so we had a huge amount of pressure on us to have the most amazing wedding flowers and he did not disappoint. I cant thank SW Blooms enough , I ordered flowers via an online florist the day before my fathers funeral however was unable to leave a message regarding the time , I then called directly where Sam picked up and when I explained that the ceremony was in a couple of hours he was so lovely and insisted that he would make it straight away . What a Fabulous Florist! They did the flowers for my Mum’s funeral and they were breathtakingly beautiful. They added such beauty to such a sad day and paid special tribute to our magnificent Mum. We had letter tributes and a coffin spray and lots of friends and family used them too. All of them stunning. A really great florist! I phoned from France and asked for some flowers to be sent to a friend - Sam was extremely helpful, immediately removing any concerns I might have had that the florist would use the opportunity to unload old stock - Sam created a really beautiful display (at a reasonable price) and attempted to deliver them but my friend was out. When she went to the shop to pick them up Sam insisted on redelivering them as the weather was terrible. A great product with exceptional service.

I was a little concerned about ordering online both because of the quarantine and because I am in the US and perhaps because of that I typed in the wrong postcode and hit send. I realized the mistake, called the shop, and spoke to Sam, who was wonderful and reassured me that they had already worked out the correct code and that all was well. I have since heard from the recipient who was thrilled with the flowers and the accompanying gifts and I would highly recommend this florist to anyone!

I was quiet lucky finding this flower delivery last minute! I went through so many sites which originally offered same day delivery, but in the process of orders kept switching my dates for a day or two. However, with SW Bloom it was super easy to process online order, which I made around 12pm and at 5pm my friend received her flowers being super happy as now we all have to stay home due the circumstances, so she still gets to feel special for her Birthday! I used to go online and order flowers. Let’s just say they never lived up to the image you thought you were buying. My girlfriend got me some flowers for my birthday from SW Blooms and they made the ones I got her look like garden weeds. And they seem to last twice as long. Ever since then I only get flowers from SW Blooms. The service is just as good as the flowers. They are willing and able to provide whatever you need and very competitively priced

SW blooms did an amazing job at making my dads casket spray and were able to get my dads favourite flower - gloriosa, which many other florists were not able to. Very helpful florist who made a beautiful bouquet for a dinner party I was going to even though it was closing time (6pm). When I had checked on Google (and their website) it wrongly stated closing time as 7pm.
