Registration process was smooth and hassle free . Fortunately there was no waiting time since I had pre booked appointment. Clinic was clean, hygienic and well maintained . Consultation is free of cost. You will be charged only for the services provided. Staffs were humble and polite. I visited for cleaning and polishing which costed me 1000 bucks . Dr. Shivalika is very sweet and will answer all your queries with a smile. She would also suggest if anything else is required for your teeth and gum health. At the end, you would get the printed bill and if in case doctor suggests you for any further treatments based on your interaction , you will get the treatment plan with the cost mentioned in the same bill. I'm really Very Disappointed With The Services Which I Had Done Cleaning Polishing and Filling, I couldn't Expect That The Doctor Did The Treatment But There's No Home Care Prescription At All, After Filling I Didn't Know What Will Happen And Shitt Started Happened Got Soiling And Pain On Filling Area's, But Doctor Hasn't Told Me Anything About It. even Tho Cleaning And Polishing Wasn't Done In A Proper Way, I Believe He Had Done The Best From His End, That's why I couldn't check on mirror as well, but later when did I check on mirror cleaning wasn't done at all, cavities still was there, I'm sorry for this review but as a patient I couldn't expect that From them, Any way All I wanted to say please kindly follow up the Right Procedures Because We All Expect The Same Thanks

During my appointment, the lady doctor insisted that I needed to fill four cavities, which raised red flags for me. I sought a second opinion, and it turns out there were no cavities at all. This clinic's blatant attempt to perform unnecessary procedures for financial gain is unethical and dishonest. I strongly advise others to avoid this business-oriented dental clinic to protect their dental and financial well-being!

The visit was worth every penny. My friends pushed me to have a Dental checkup for quite some time and this time I agreed and went for it. He is very able and told me the exact situation of my teeth's. Cleaning and polishing was done and while having the checkup it was known a posterior teeth was infected by Cavity hence he advised to clean it as it went deep. He cleaned and filled it with composite. The procedure was painless and quick.

I'd went in with the intense pain to my back teeth. Dr. Shivalika examined me and found out swelling in my gums nearby to the pain tooth. She has advised ointments and gel to reduce the swelling and come for x-ray once the swelling subsides. I have teeth cleaned many times before but this time the experience was very bad, Very pathetic service. We went for tooth cleaning and the Doctor has handled very rudely on the tooth. I don't recommend at all and completely waste of time and money.I booked for 4 persons After canceling all that, we are going to another clinic tomorrow.

Newly Opened Dental Clinic in WHITEFIELD area. Staff is very good and behavior is very polite and calm. Doctor Shivalika is too gud.. she will explain your problem in very details way. I did my cleaning and it was not painful and smoothly done by her. Very Hygienic Clinic and surely Recommend to all to visit this Clinic.

The treatment is good though expensive. But the admin is really worst after confirming they will send the invoice did not send it and just lied. I had to waste time to contact that person. Why did she lied and what kind of ethics does she have. Update- I got the physical invoice they helped .

These people are pathetic.. you book the appointment ... They called me atleast 10 times.. I reached on time.. they don't have parking space.. i kept on calling clinic and customer care .. they said they will get back to me in 2 minutes.. i never got a call back..

It's located in a stand alone building with a very basic lift, which can only accomodate one person at a time. Interiors are also quite basic, quite far from the likes of Clove, etc. Dentist was decent but definitely services can be improved drastically!
