This bus 23 whose departure time is 5:46am. This Bus driver do not know her name, but she is Indian. She always drives the bus near about 5:50 or 5:51 am. And she is always rude. She wants me to stand near the door when the bus is moving. I changed my seat started sitting near the door. Again she is having problem that we the passengers making her late. And today again she had an argument with me that I need to stand near the door before my station came and I told her I can’t because bus is moving. And then she said you don’t know how to open the door. she started telling me when the light blows then you open the door. Lady!! I am not new here. I know that, but the light didn’t blew and door didn’t open. First, she need to focus on her timings then she needs to blame us. I don’t want to be rude, but this is second time now. And its not just me, other passengers also have problem, everyday people are yelling because they are getting late from work. Please, let her know be nice and stop blaming us. And please follow the timings. Thank you.

The bus drivers doing good job some are rude but not all and some passengers are also annoying and dont have manners same not all passengers so we can’t blame all .The bus and train drivers serve us every day and night and drop us at our destination safely we all are humans and doing mistakes so as human being we should give chance to others for improving of mistakes as well as improve your self and i also want to say a big thank you to bus drivers and train drivers for their great job ♥️

Overall a good transit facility, but it gets terribly cold in winter and the facility is not designed to keep people warm. I have seen people with babies struggling to find a warm resting place to wait for the next bus which usually takes 15 to 30 minutes most days. People would appreciate if the structure is updated to at least have one fully covered and heated waiting area for elderly and children.

Winter has started but there is no heaters in operation, non of the bus stop heaters inside are working it’s very difficult especially for senior people, woman’s and kids. Requesting if possible please do the need full.

ALL THIS FOR $110 MILLION!?! The 6 km NW LRT line costed roughly $100 Million to build and this was only 3 km?!?

The station has a lot of buses but more often buses are delayed. But so convenient coz there are stores nearby.

Decent design but roads surrounding this station and strip mall are atrocious!

App and signs tend to be on time as of 03/16 good job transitarians
