The WORST pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never answer the phone or if they do they put you on hold, which eventually rolls over into a voicemail and they never call you back. They hung up on me, and then my insurance provider when I tried to get a refill. These people simply are lazy and do not care.

Never seen more than one or two registers open even at rush hour when lines get backed up into the aisles..there are other grocery stores in the neighborhood, that are more accessible, have better prices, AND self-checkout lanes that I’d rather take my business to. Otherwise I only end up here by accident, I regret it every time.

They have accurately filled my prescriptions, but that's about all I can say for them. I receive text notifications telling me that a pickup is ready, but then I have to wait in the store for the staff to actually fill it. This has happened multiple times. I am transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. They always have a giant line and they have my script ready only like 20% of the time. Even after getting calls for the past few days saying it's ready, they didn't have it ready. They also never answer their phones. It's embarrassing. I'll never use safeway pharmacies again.

If there's any kind of line at the pharmacy you're going to wait a long time. They never open the second window. So only 1 person gets attention at a time. Definitely faster to go to Walgreens across the street, even if you're already shopping for groceries

This is the best pharmacy. All the pharmacists and technicians are awesome. They usually very helpful, take time to answer any of our questions and help us to save the money.
