Be careful when buying and getting service from them, give it. a second thought ! My parents bought AC, it was brought over, and the service guy while fixing went upstairs, peed in the bottle and kept it in the corner. We came to know later, and when confronted Sahu agency, they ignored simply ! This is ridiculous, extremely filthy and unprofessional, you lost one customer for sure. For others, be careful !

The store manager should know first how to behave then he should focus on providing service ,, worst experience as the store manager was on his own ego trip, i will suggest it's better to spend money on company own brand store like samsung and all rather then coming and visiting the jankipuram sahu agency.
