I have 3 apartments with Saif. Great on customer service, trusted and good at giving progress reports every 2 months. Did not give exactly what they promised( less kitchen cabinets and dressers). The rest of items were delivered as promised. Completion of project doesn’t match multiple completion dates given-blame it on covid I guess.( thanks for the waiver though). It’d have been better if end of waiver would have been communicated to clients instead of posting 2 months’ defaults’ for Roseville . No communication at all. Other than these 2 reasons Saif is great and I’d recommend the company to any potential clients. I’d even buy a forth apartment with them if my pocket allowed.

The staff is Very welcoming, and there's a nice view to check outside from their offices.
