My wife admitted on 22 aug 2023 at saket hospital. She was suffering from fever and kidney disease. I received good response from hospital doctors and staffs. Hispital doctor Mr. Sanjeev sir and vivek sir given good treatment. I occupied 301 room during hospital stay. During that time your nursing staff Mr. Anad Ji and Rohit Ji given good service to us. Both of your nursing staff is good to work & given medicine time to time. Your dialysis staff Mr. Subham Dhakad Ji and Mr. Moti lal Ji hospitality is very good. Both of your employee care all patients time to time. So i am thankfull to your nursing staff. Your housekeeping staff also good. I have one suggestion for improvement. Patients not getting food time to time. All hospital having good canteen facility in their campus but saket hospital not having this facility. Patients admitted in hospital and Patients attended arranged food from out side. So no proper hygiene maintained & food not got timely. Due to this patients not recovered timely. So I suggest that canteen facility to be arranged for all patients.

Pathetic Hospital and unprofessional uneducated seems like fake doctors are there. We took our 7 month old baby who was crying inconsolably to emergency in Saket hospital. The doctor there, Dr. Ankit Agarwal (his name is not available in Dr's list of Saket hospital online) didn't even check him properly and just by looking at him who was in my arms only..he said he is having cold (he was crying whole night so runny nose was a bit obvious thing but he being a dr just looked and made the judgement without touching and diagnosing the baby and just wrote 6 medicines stating that he has pneumonia and needs to be admitted to the hospital and blood tests and x-rays should be done. I took my nephew to other doctor who checked him properly and completely denied the chances of pneumonia and said he has some bacterial infection. Please don't take your kids to such place where they just care to earn money by admitting babies for no reason. There aim is to earn money at any cost be it a cost of a baby or anyone else.

I wanted to share my experience from the 7-8 visits with various family members. Unfortunately, it hasn't been positive. I've noticed a trend of receiving unnecessary reports almost every alternate day, yet during consultations, there seems to be minimal attention given to these reports. This leaves me perplexed, especially when dealing with minor issues like normal viral infections or headaches lasting 1-2 days. I'm curious about the requirement for comprehensive reports such as CBC and thyroid tests for every visit. It seems excessive, and I'm struggling to understand the necessity. Moreover, when I inquire about specific health issues, I often hear that everything appears normal, and medications have been prescribed. However, I'm left puzzled as there doesn't seem to be a thorough review of the provided reports.

Hi Concern sir/ma'am, This is in reference to my frustration for your atrocious refund process, where u give a cheque every time when you need to refund the amount back to patients , we get a refund from your end because of an error being committed by your staff on reception which is not our fault what so ever! There were multiple instances like this wherein we were forced to accept a cheque instead of payment on original payment method or via cash for mere amount! I mean do you really think someone would visit bank for 100, 200 or 500 rupees. Guessing it is just a cheap trick to save money which is obnoxious! Very bad experience. Emergency mai ek doctor hain bas woh bhi itne rudely behave karte hai patient se or unke relatives se jese free mai dek rahe ho. Hospital jate hi sabse phele 500rs Dr fees ki parchi kati hai. Or Dr ne puri taraf patient ko dekha bi nahi na koi uski history puchi. Bas nursing staff ko phone par Injection bta diya or khud office mai bethe rahe. Patient itna serious tha or usko dekne wala koi bhi nahi. Itna naam suna tha saket ka par bilkul low service hain. I must say...saket is losing it's reputation in terms of bad staff behaviour...new Emergency staff is so bad that they didn't even have the etiquette to speak to a patient...especially their female staff....they didn't maintain patient's privacy....they didn't admit their mistake...very very rude behavior towards patient. Patient comes in a pain to hospital, you should behave in a gentle manner....especially when the patient is cooperating with you.

Best hospital for Mansarovar and vicinal areas. Few months back they have inaugurated their new building that is especially dedicated to mother and child section. The doctors are good and experienced one. The other staff members are also good and supportive. The new building has a play zone for children. If you like the review, then kindly like it. It will help me in improving my reviews better.
