The environment was professional and clean. My stylist Alayna was very good. As a student she was knowledgeable and thoughtful. The instructors were attentive and watchful providing direction when needed. I was treated as a valued customer. This was my very first visit and I plan to come back. The only downside is that availability of handicapped parking is very limited. My hair is beautiful and I love it. Went back for a second appointment on December 18th Ms. Dee was outstanding. She was attentive and worked with my student cosmetologist to insure I had an excellent experience. My stylist Kai was wonderful. I was her very first client and she did a great job. I was expecting another stylist however Kai did not disappoint and Ms. Dee was right there to make sure everything was on point. I plan to come again.

My wonderful experience began with Ms. Vivian the wonderful instructor at the front. Then I was greeted with My nail tech Taylor who was detailed and gentle with my mani, pedi, foot , & hand sugar scrub. I was in complete heaven. I loved my nails. Next, I met another amazing Instructor named Ms. Melody and my cosmetologist Rovin who did a wonderful job as well. I typically don’t let anybody braid my hair. This flawless braid down was gentle, but secured which is exactly what I wanted. Thank y’all so much !!

A student by the name of Beverly gave me an Elaine Sterling pedicure today. She was excellent, to say the least. Her skill was on par with a seasoned professional, not just a student. She was very pleasant and very detail oriented. I feel she has a bright future. I was so impressed that I booked another appointment with her before she graduates. Outside of getting services at my work location, coming back to where my esthetic education begins is always a pleasure. This time I had waxing services done. My student wax specialist was Dayton. She did very well working with a challenging quality waxing medium. In addition, I appreciate her passion for waxing. She is a day student that stayed an extended day to get this experience. Kudos to Dayton. My skin feels nice and smoother than it was before I received services.

My sister and I got the latest Microhydra-Lift facials at the spa and it was so rejuvenating and relaxing. The students are so talented and the environment was very spa-like. It did not feel like a school. The vibe was perfect! We both felt very well taken care of. My skin feels SO good! I can't wait to go back. I felt like I was glowing on the outside and inside too! Felt great to treat myself! Thanks Sydney for the great treatment!

I went to Elaine Sterling for both a pedicure/manicure and had Karrie as my nail tech. I really enjoyed the pedicure, the massage and scrub were super relaxing and melted my stress away! The environment was super clean and inviting, I felt very comfortable and welcome. The instructor was really sweet and made sure everything was to my liking! 10/10, will recommend to my friends! :)

Ok so I went to ESI to get my nails and hair done. Please note that my pedicure was 2 hours long so have an open schedule when booking. Also bring your own nail polish because their colors are limited. My pedicure and hair didn't take long at all. My hair turned out flawless. Since it was my first time,I received a 50% off discount. Total was $29 for everything!

I went in for an Elaine Sterling Fascial and I had such a great experience. My Esthetician Jalisa (Hope I spelled it right) was amazing! She let me know what she was doing, checked with me to make sure I was ok and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be back! As a matter of fact I've booked a massage.

I loved everything about my appointment. I was more than satisfied with my service everyone was so kind and my hair is beautiful and bouncy. Never been so straight before. The experience was beyond perfect! Destiny was very informative, answered my many questions, and gave me suggestions on how to improve my skincare routine. My skin has never been this soft. I really love how she took care of my hair (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) but she was extremely gentle with my hair and she told me everything she was going to do with my hair before she did it, which I really liked. It was so good that I was dozing off. Overall it was an amazing experience.
