Good hair salon/ barber place but as a returning customer I expected a bit better treatment and customer service for making me wait 56 minutes despite having an appointment. They have customers’ phone numbers so it would be nice to inform me that there was a delay or with the offer to change the appointment - nothing of the above happened. On top of that I was still charged a full price and when I asked for a discount for making me wait, it was refused to me with a smile.
I've been going to Hair Connection for almost 2 years and have never been dissapointed. Consistent quality and great advice on cut and color. I go to Jasko but observed other stylists doing excellent job too. All in a nice and friendly atmosphere so you feel relaxed and pampered when you leave the salon.
Très bon coiffeur. Prix raisonnable et service parfait. Je recommande. Surtout l'employé Jasko, très consciencieux, toujours de bons conseils et attentif aux moindres détails. On sent qu'il est aux petits soins pour ses clients :) Merci Jasko !

Just had a haircut and the blonde lady from Germany (whom I don't remember the name sadly) is as good with the haircut, as Alex is with welcoming and making the clients comfortable. Highly recommended …
Great place to get your hair done! Staff is friendly, attentive and sincere. They speak English, German, French, Luxembourgish and several other languages. You will not leave disappointed. Totally worth it!
