"Terrible customer service! When I park at the salt palace parking and I found out my friend was parking at the different parking and it was a long line to get out of the exit, I was in the parking lot for 16 min! And they said as long as it’s over 10 minutes I need to paid the $3 for the first hour"

Terrible customer service! When I park at the salt palace parking and I found out my friend was parking at the different parking and it was a long line to get out of the exit, I was in the parking lot for 16 min! And they said as long as it’s over 10 minutes I need to paid the $3 for the first hour. Seriously! Are they that cheap?! And that’s how they treat their customers?!
Cold. Cement. Garage. It's a parking garage, how great can they be? You have to pay to leave your car there when you HAVE to go somewhere near by. And any other parking garage makes you pay too. 10/10 would park their car here when needed.
