After a recommendation, I decided to try and see what a Brazilian pizza is compared to a standard commercial pizza, and beyond my opinion about the pizza itself (which is a pizza pie overloaded with cheese and other toppings on a dough that has a slight hint of sweetness) what I take issue with is the inconsistencies when it comes to the service, out of the three times I ordered none I've got the same product despite ordering the same pizza. The cheese is not mozzarella. It's indeed a low moisture/high fat cheese, but closer to gouda than mozzarella, which, after cooling down slightly, develops a really strong flavour rather than remaining neutral like real low moisture mozzarella. The service towards the client is terrible. They assume that you're Brazilian and expect you to know how everything work and what everything is. Almost feels like a place catering only for people from Brazil. Delivery times are really bad, even more if you don't use services like deliveroo but their own drivers.

Quite disappointing service. Got a pizza to be collected, which they give you 45 min to do so. Arrived and pizza wasn't even in the oven, after waiting 35 min at the delivery door, got handed the pizza without even a sorry for the delay. Pizza was full of toping but not cutted correct which was a mess to eat, and at that point, I wasn't even hungry anymore. Pizzas overall are great but after so many disappointments with the service. You better off getting from somewhere else.

Came to sampa food at 10 pm to have dinner, ordered (even when in person had to order through the app), waited for esfihas and fries with mayo and bacon to be cooked for 45 minutes. when it was ready the restaurant was already closing and didn't even have the forks for us to eat our food. Obviously when we got home the food was cold. Pretty disappointed with the service. :(

Idk why I insist to order in there, 90min for delivery is a joke, and then you pay extra than you would on Deliveroo and still have to wait extra 30min for your pizza to arrive cold after the driver delivered something before coming to my address

Ordered my food over 2 hours ago and haven’t got it yet. They wont pick up the phone as well. Awful service!
