It's my first time at a coin laundry and I had a great experience thanks to Sampan Commercial Laundry. The attendant was very helpful and he walked me through everything, including how to use the machine that exchanges $5, $10, and $20 bills and $1 and $2 coins to quarters (for the dryer). He even exchanged my $5 bills into $1 and $2 coins (for the machines). I didn't know I could bring my own detergent but you can buy it there for $1.50. The machines are new, the place is clean, there are ample seating areas and folding areas, AND there is free wifi. There is also a very clean washroom. It wasn't too crowded, either. Prior to coming, I wish I knew the prices (to use the machines + dryer) -- the ones listed on the website seem to be for the service they have. So, the smallest machine is $5 to use (+ 25 cents if you want to do an additional rinse option). Depending on your load, you might need to use the bigger machines (I saw that there were $7 and $9 machines as well, maybe even bigger ones but I didn't need them so I didn't check). The dryers cost 25 cents for every 5 minutes (mine took about 4 cycles so = $1 total). All in all, great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

My brother stumbled upon this Laundromat from Google because his regular spot was closed. Thankfully this location said open later (10pm) and to his surprise it didn’t disappoint. He first entered the premise to check out the conditions of the machine and by wonderful surprise all of the machine are operable and brand spanking new! The one employee that was working there he saw was looking around and asked if he needed help to which he told him it was my brother's first time and he is just getting himself familiar with the machines. He was kind enough to tell me which machines to use and how much each cost to use. This location is tidy, well lit, brand new machines, there’s a sitting area, a coffee for purchase station, change machines, a clean bathroom, a vending machine, an ATM should one not have cash handy and ample laundry baskets. There is also a long table where customers can fold their laundry. The employee went above and beyond and was very friendly. Overall a pleasant experience. Just very limited parking stalls.

This is the best laundry place in Vancouver!! They have multiple large load washers, even when busy I can use at least one. The dryers are also very good, and usually only need 40-45 min on larger load of clothes to dry in one go. Love the employees as well, they are super helpful and friendly! This is a large and very clean facility, I’ll be coming back here specifically in the future as it’s the best I’ve seen around :)

Everything here is brand new since they reopened under new owners. Space is clean, bright and well maintained. Machines are all new and make short work of cleaning anything you put in them. Also there’s lot of machines so no waits when I was in. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and careful with the laundry. Easily the nicest laundry I’ve ever been in. Hands down would recommend.

Great business, super roomy laundromat with many sizes of washers and dryers. Good pricing and the staff are great. Kaushal helped me with my laundry services and he was kind, quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place for personal laundry services! They have a good waiting room too with a decent amount of chairs.
