Been on hold for 2 hours trying to solve issues with traffic tickets. They don’t respond to emails, they don't answer the phones, if you have any issues with their court good luck solving it. They’ll arrest you and you will be in jail for 2 days which is still faster than them answering your phone calls or emails.

I have been to the Municipal Court in two occasions. Everyone was very polite and professional. In one day, my case was cleared. Their system is flawless.
