I'm not sure what precinct to blame for this but San Diego police dept. Really needs to reevaluate their priorities. They'll show up in droves for traffic court and sit there for hours waiting to get you for a ticket but today my wife was attacked in Walmart bathroom on college right off of the 94 frwy. We called 911 and was transferred to non emergency. Nobody showed up. She was transported to Alvarado hospital I called from there and reported the non response. It's truly sad the people that's supposed to protect and serve are quick to attack it's citizens to cost them money but take their time when it comes to protecting. That's truly sad. My wife has a concussion because she was pushed into a wall and she got her head on the wall and fell to the floor. And 911 transferred us to non emergency. San Diego gets an F- on this day.
