I made my reservation one night before, they said they would call me the next day, they did, but they arrived 3 hours late, the guy on the phone told me it would be $250, which was a fair price when the girl arrived, she didn't identify herself, she started working after that and she told me He says it would be $350, which I accepted, he continued working, he came back to me and told me it would be $700 for that reason, I didn't feel comfortable and decided to pay it!! When the girl left I realized that the start button on my challenger was not working, I dialed it and she told me that I had to take it to the dealer in Paris who needed a key that would work with the start, which made me stupid for that reason. pay for the service Then I called them to fix the problem they caused, the girl from customer service alone told me we already told you, go to the dealer, I think this is not professional. In short, I will never use these scammers and liars.

Matt, is simply the best in this business, he even offered a courtesy consultation free of charge and made time to come by and help me... he diagnosed my situation..., he found that I had installed the wrong battery and located the pill inside the Key at the wrong location... others would had taken advantage of the situation but he was straight honest and charge me a fraction to what the dealer or others wanted to charged me... I'm very happy with his professionalism and the outcome. I highly recommend his services.

I Googled and found this gentleman when everyone else wasn’t trying to help me get a key made for my motorcycle. He had great customer service and was very knowledgeable. I must say he when the extra mile to ensure he could find me keys for my bike which have been on back order from for over 3 months at Harley Davidson.
