My coworker attacked me, which qualified me for Regular Unemployment-pandemic extended. I live out of my vehicle, so the EDD accused me of fraud and seized my liquid assets. I am suffering through a legal and financial nightmare. I'm losing all hope. If not for the food bank, I unquestionably would've starved by now.
Protection? Yeah, right! Don't ever testify for them! If they would give me the case or file numbers I could apply for victim services. You would think it would be their job to know if protection will be needed. I should have known when it was to dangerous for the jury to be in the same room.
What a beautiful place. Had a very positive experience here with the judge, workers, and more. The cafe downstairs on the LL floor is a great value. The courtrooms are very clean. The judges and staff are extremely respectful. Would be happy to help service our civic duty again here.
I can only say that the work efficiency is very slow. I don't know what the people inside do? It took me almost a year for a very ordinary divorce, and it didn't work out yet! A very bad court. In a word, this court is rubbish, a waste of our taxpayers' time and money.
For doing jury duty, this place is about as comfortable and convenient as it can be. The jury room is open all day, and it's very quiet with a lot of places to work or relax. All staff were really nice. The Hall of Justice is far less pleasant.
Fortunately was not here getting sued or on trial (came through for a class assignment) but I did much enjoy the environment. Marble halls will always be beautiful, and I sat between lunches in the building waiting for 130pm trials to begin
I've been going here for almost one year. And to be direct here, what good does it make if someone else is going to decide for you and your family. I mean, you go in early, because you have your court at a certain time frame. Your not in no
Really beautiful architecture, but unfortunately there isn't much information about the building apparent inside. Also, the staff seemed fairly suspicious of me as I was exploring. I would love to see this place embrace its historicity and
Be very careful if you get Pang Ly as your “judge.” As a landlord herself, she is blatantly sympathetic to landlords and biased against tenants. I’ve heard multiple complaints about her. Strongly recommend you ask for another judge if you
The place is beautiful, but the city has run for profit ever so more in this last years. I went to court to have my property taxes charged fairly. Once you know the system you see it's a bit one sided. When house prices are high, the city
I was told by an attorney in family court in about 2013 that very few family divorce cases actually are finalized in San Francisco through family court. I am trying to obtain documents for legal purposes. I hope I can get my 2004 records.
On January 15th a little bit before noon I was at the front entrance outside the pillars to the library on telegraph a few moments later I was approached by 3 to 4 officers the fourth one who rushed in and detained me as the others were
I was here to get some help at the self help center (ACCESS). Nice staffs and attorneys to assist people. Make sure you arrive early because they close the door at least an hour before its closing time due to the shortage of attorneys.
This department is soo care less. My brother had a bench warrent but his lawyer spoke with the judge and the judge dismissed the warrent but the courts office didn't take the paper to Sutter the place his case got transferred so due to
The extra star is for the looks of the architecture. It is very pretty. Other than that, SF Superior is probably the worst run courthouse in the system given that they spend a good portion of the Judiciary's budget.
The Feedback we get from clients and attorneys we have matched about this location is that it's beautiful and not intimidating. Staff is helpful and there is a yummy cafe for the days they may have to wait.
I was botched by a plastic surgeon (ps) last year. It was supposed to be a face only procedure, however he did much more on my face than I asked for and he/they also violated my nipples and bottom area!
DIF, THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS (SRE)AND THE CONSULATE SUPPORT THE CPS OF SAN FRANCISCO CA TO KIDNAPPING MY SON . Social workers Myra Gomez, Kristina Pock, and Carmen Villegas-Grant (Supervisor)
The San Francisco Superior court is a hotbed of corruption. Don't believe their Public Relations about 'access to justice.' It's a crime syndicate. If you move to SF, you risk losing all you own.
SF Family court does not even accept e-filing in the third decade of the 21 century. I do not know where the budget of the court goes. The presiding judge should make reforms immediately.
Justice should have to free from any discrimination based . Fact and truth has no place in here .I am so sorry !! what is the base of your decision ? Justic for Justice !!
This is just bad. I need to take traffic school and the confirmation of my ticket payment did not have the case number. Now the web site does not work. Just bad
I called about a question on getting document copies, and Jackie answered - a very friendly and helpful employee who explained everything! Thank you so much :)
Very nice people who listened and decided to help. given that you are in San Francisco where the police don’t work at all, then this place is really good
Spent a week serving Jury duty at the court. Jury service is not the most exciting activity but everyone working at the court was friendly and helpful.
Came for Jury Duty - great building and much better than the other courthouse. Only complaint is food options in the building are pretty limited.
It feels like a palace inside. Or a wealthy Persian man's house. I couldn't find the oil fountain with the gold cherubs.
I plan on filing a comprehensive complaint against judge ethan schulman. He needs to be removed from the court.
I have been trying for a month to get a call through to this court. Crazy that you really can't get a person!
Didn't know that they closed at 12:30, guy at the records counter was nice and answered my question.
Everyone was so helpful and understanding! It was nice to be helped in such a stressful situation.
If you must go to court or serve on a jury this be the house to visit. New modern efficient!
Surprisingly nice inside, with free wifi and plenty of outlets while you wait for jury duty.
I thought the building was a bit worn down but the people inside were friendly and nice. .
I've lived and experienced Superior Courts in four states...San Francisco is the Best!
I had jury duty here, and the facility and courtroom were fine
Cool place the outcomes very on therive ability
Lazy and rude staff
