When owner’s rule “money first” is against the business.. today I decided to do 1 hour foot massage, and I paid for it at reception as requested. At the massage room I said to massage therapist that decided to switch to back-foot massage (which is $10 more). she said perfect! So I undressed, she started doing the massage, and then she says - oh, it’s $10 more! Give me your card now. I said were in the middle of massage, can’t I do it later? She went talked with coworker, returned, and said, no, my boss says 10$ now or no more massage! That’s so awful and offensive. So I had to stand and give this $10, I had no more mood for massage and it just ruined the whole experience. Not to mention girls were constantly talking and laughing in the middle of massage.. not professional! If you respect yourself and want to be treated with trust and respect I highly recommend that you go to another place. Never back to this place again and I’ll make sure no one I know will ever go there.

Some good experiences here, some really odd ones. Last two times they asked me how much I was going to tip them in the middle of the massage. I don’t like that. Especially because they’ve made me feel bad about what I think is a pretty good tip ($30 on a 90-minute)… am I crazy or is that a bomb tip?!? 33%. This last time was honestly one of the best, firmest massages I’ve ever had… until the tip convo, then she kinda just went dead limb. Aside from that, good prices and either great massages or so-so but still good for the value. I do recommend it but if they do the tip convo next time, I think I’m gonna find somewhere new. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just got done with the massage. I was interrupted three times while doing the massage which I was upset about but it wasn't the end of the world. The massage was okay too. Best part was the face massage. The two things that really threw me off about the entire thing was the fact that they asked you to pay before the massage and the lady that gave me a massage insisted that I gave her a tip. And I would have been much more obliged to give her a tip if I wasn't interrupted three different times during my massage.

I didn't want to post a negative comment but this has happened two times already and I had less than 25 minutes instead of a 30 minute session that I had paid for. when I complained and said that this is the second time this is happening ,the girl simply said why you came back again then? very offensive

The establishment formerly known as Sandy Massage is currently run by a different team. Each of the ladies (Sunny, Cici, and Hua) is fantastic in her own unique way. Always a pleasant experience, I've been visiting there for years. Do yourself a favor and try them out. Bob

They try and force you to pay first. Huge red flag! Never pay/tip before a service. If anything goes wrong they'll pay dumb and you're just out of luck. Way too many massage places around that stand by their service and don't require you to pay first. Pass.

This was known as Sandy Massage before but has new management. The women(Sunny, Cici, and Hua) are all wonderful, each with their individual style. Have been going for a long time and never been disappointed. Give them a try, you will enjoy it! Bob

Eventually, I see myself learning to love this spot. My friend and I stopped by last week to give it a try, and to our delight, it was incredibly effective in reducing the chronic pain I experience in my back and shoulders. Much appreciation, guys!

This is a great place! The girls here are very nice and gentle, i always leave with a relaxed body and a smiling face. believe me it belongs to you. If you need a relaxing time here is a good choice for you.

I felt very bad, stopped all the time to answer the phone and only made 50 minutes of the one hour that I paid, I do not recommend it. Not to mention that he does not know anything about massage.

The place is not comfortable and the services are interrupted because they constantly left to answer doors. Skills are ok but I got something is going after the massage. I won't go back there.

One of the worst massages I ever got. Called and ask if they could do a 2 hour massage. They said yes. I get there and told me they can only do 90 minutes. Was disappointed.

Very good Massage ,professional ,clean ,massage was just what I needed after work ,they know which muscle needed more attention than other ,I highly recommend this spa .
