I am new to the city n when first booked tickets didn't know there are 2 sanelite theaters.... I landed up at Sanelite Ahmedabad in place of Gandhinagar... Gaurd checked ticket also but didn't told us anything.... Due to seat clash we came to know... But staff there refused to help in any way.... Then we decided to go Gandhinagar n check once.... As we reached bn told abt out issue Mr Rahul responded immediately n with our agreement they arranged tickets for the show we requested.... On show day though Me Rahul was not there but other staff people did all arrangements n it was fun to watch ... After movie also they checked with us about our experience ....I am in love with this theater.... Though it's far from my place but that much journey is completely worth.... So I will always pre Sanelite Gandhinagar over Sanelite Ahmedabad

Bad experience. 1- I tried to check online to reserve my seats. And exactly after couple of minutes went to the window to book the same seats. And those were sold out he then gave me other seat, I decided to go with that and same those were sold. I had to buy other seats. And Afterwards 10 minutes, I checked online. Guess what all seats were available. The staff didn’t wanted to give me those top centre seats with perfect view. 2- Reached 10’mins before the show starts. Had to wait 15 minutes. The staff was sitting right front of me with blank face. After waiting for extra 10’mins I had to ask him, how long I have to wait. He was like “as you are only 2 people we can’t run the show, we would have loss or anything like. If you want refund I’ll do that for you”. Try any other cinemas.

I was looking for a good theater to watch a 3D movie where it is not overcrowded, it is cool, and there is not so much public in the theater. That's why this theater was shown to me, I booked ticket online and went there, saw the softcopy and let them go inside, then got 3D glasses, no deposit was taken, I liked it very much. The staff is very good natured and very helpful. Nice and comfortable multiplex with sofa seats in multiple screens. The comfort level was good in terms of seating and leg room. The sound system was excellent according to the size of the cinema hall. My 3D movie watching experience was good. You also come with your family and friends.

Technical issue over there in the morning show at 9 ... They aren't preparing anything for this kind of miss management we have to suffer a lot over there. I suggest going to another theatre to enjoy full movies without disturbance they decrease prices with quality too The manager was so dumb and the staff was also with lack of knowledge of their own work place .. The manager was like only those who co operate with seats only they are having rights to enjoy a movie no matter how many you paid for your seat if you aren't then take refund and go. we don't want to spoil our further movie shows with that dumb manager and third class management ...

I am not who see 1 bad thing instead of seeing 99 good things Almost everything here is good among which reception manager is best who manages almost everything One only suggestion which can be improved is cafe & snacks billing system or persons managing it Would like to discuss my personal bad experience encountered with cafe reception and would like to discuss things with MR.TEJAS ( who i am being told is MD ) in person I have given my personal number to night manager Rest things are almost perfect

One of the best places to watch BOLLYWOOD , HOLLYWOOD, TELUGU, TAMIL, KANNADA, MALYALAM, PUNJABI and BENGALI MOVIES, with best cinematic experience and 7.1 digital Dolby, Even the size of the Auditoriums are so good you can take entire auditorium for your family and friends, for young crowd the best place to hideout or to hangout with friends on the science city road and nearby locations like sola, bopal, Sindhu Bhavan road, shela, sheelaj, ognaj, Ghuma, sattadhar, gota etc…

Nice and cozy multiplex with sofa sitting in multiple screens. Comfort level was good in terms of sitting and leg room. Sound system was perfect as per cinema hall size. I will say all in one package. The only thing I noticed not good is distance to the screen was not adequate. I was literally able to see the screen pixels and written text at the starting of the movie was not clearly readable. I think this might be the issue with aligning the projector.

Here are unhigence people are there in straff they are washing her face in area of drinking water and there are saying us that you are the only one who book the show and we are 4 so they don't start a movie at the end and we gave a refung after cut an gst we ask that gave us all the money back but he don't and talk rude and they asking for checking 2 time due to we dont even get in chocolte and they treated us like we won't pay money to them .

Great to have theater in science city.Our experience was great.These types of mini theatres are good now a days. It has very cosy sofa chair and recliner also. As it is new the screen quality is very good. Sound effects is also good. I felt it is little bit costly than the other mini theatres. Even the popcorn and other snacks also little bit more costly. But overall experience was good. Couple chairs and experience is also good.

USP of this theatre is that they understand customer & support need of specially challenged & old by putting recliners first without extra charge. Only thing to keep in mind is their policy of atleast 6 ppl to run their shows.. Hopefully they never require to run this policy. We r grateful to manager for helping us out with issues. Looking forward to come again

Poor Management & communication, when we wait for 3hours and they haven't give any complimentary service as well as we haven't seen movie and we had to book movie in another theater. They waste biggest asset of mine - "Time", they haven't tell straightforwardly that, we can't serve you but, they keep postponing the show time and we lost our precious time.

We were here for the first time. The screening hall is very small. It's more like a room than like a hall. The seats are good and comfortable. Avoid the first row. It is too close to the screen. For the amount that they charge per ticket, the should have cleaner bathrooms. The wash rooms were dirty and smelly. Not acceptable.

All Over a good experience, but i don't understand why they don't switch on all the speakers, last three times i found that only front speakers are on, maybe their idea to save electricity. But it doesn't give a surround sound effect. It feels as at home sound. They need to work on it.

I liked the cinema. I booked a lounge which was very comfortable. The place was neat and clean. Also value for money but the things i didn't like was the room temperature which was hot and the screen from the lounge is too close. It should be a little far from the lounge.

Nice place for watching movie. Awasome seating arrangements for waiting . Food was yummy It is good to place night movie .. Show times like 11:15 pm, 11:55pm and also available on 12:15 am Lift available for everyone. Cons: small screen

I watch more than 50 movies in this theater Staff is like familiar As specially manager Mr. HIREN is very gentle man, he is very co operative, and help full man , service is good. This is the best theater for couple, family and friends.

Mini Theatre. Seating and Ambience is amazing. Good place to spend time with your loved ones while enjoying movies. Cinema quality average. Comparatively very costly. Won't recommend for movies that requires exceptional sound system.

Reclining lounge seats are only in the first row in most audi, too close to screen. And other all seats are normal with out even normal recline, not even in last raw. Sound is good enough. So not the best of movie experience.

It's a really nice place managed by really good people. The lounge area is a little small and feels crowded If there are bigger screen people coming out, the quality of the chair and comfort is really good.

Perfect place for a movie entertainment. Small theatre with capacity of around 50 comfortable seats. Less crowded. Also the prices of food are less as compared to other theatres.

Newly launched theatre, it's a mini theatre but you will not feel that. Lounger type seats are very comfortable. Foods are very costly.

Best place to watch movie with Family. Underground Parking facilities available at premises. Clean washroom and Good food at Lava Java.
