I should have seen the red flag when I called to book an appointment with Saurin Patel CPA on a Friday morning & he told me that he prefers to golf on Fridays. I arranged my schedule to meet him at 3pm on a Wednesday. I arrived at the office at 3pm and he invited me to take a seat in his office. Then he told me he had to make a quick call because this individual he was calling asked him to call at 3pm??? Saurin had me sit in his office & wait 30 min while he talked to another accountant about one of his clients files. Firstly, this is a huge breach of confidentiality that he was openly speaking about another clients file in front of me. Secondly, the complete audacity & lack of professionalism having made a 3 pm appointment with me and expect me to wait 30 min during my appointment time while he conducted other business & chatted on the phone is shocking & completely disrespectful of my time. At the 30 min mark I got up & left the office. I work in the services industry myself & have never treated my clients like their time is not valuable. I would NOT recommend Saurin Patel CPA

Saurin has done my corporate taxes for 2 companies for the past few years and I have to say I am exceptionally happy with the results. I am not fond of tax season and it has something I have always put off and delayed ever since I started my business back in 1997. After Saurin cleaned up everything (my mess that is) from the past couple of years... he followed up and pro-actively set a timeline for me to get him everything required in order to prepare everything and file ON TIME last year for the first time in 17 years of business!
