My experience applying here on indeed: Please be aware this place is a SCAM, they hire people to enroll them into taking a “salesperson course” and is only to take or in other terms STEAL people’s money. In the in person interview they give people a contract paper charging a whole bunch of fees to the “recruit” referring to the new applicant if the person chooses to no longer do the course ahead of time or in 2 months after signing up. I literally went there on 09/26/23 and just pay $150 to sign up and to pay a text book. I took pictures of that contract to read it at home that same day only to find out they were SCAMING me and on the next day 09/27/23 I went there to get a refund of my $150 I wrongly spent and for them to cancel my application and they were no help at all. You Can’t force people to take a course if they no longer can’t or need to I literally went a day after on time before they begin enrolling me in classes/book I no longer need and did not received at all. You cannot force people to stay at a course they did not take or received a book just because they sign a contract that they no longer decide to move forward with this is called STEALING and lack of INTEGRITY on your part. The place it self looks decent but it doesn’t mean that the workers/managers are HONEST people who care about others in their community or in general. This is only an example that people can’t trust these type of places. I understand everybody needs to earn money, work and get paid but another thing is to steal from people and scamming them this is not the right way of doing things. Real people that have businesses don’t STEAL or SCAM others to earn money/revenue through a fake in person application/interview.

I have been working here for the past four years. I came from another firm but what makes the most difference with this company is that they provide buyer and seller leads to their agents. Because of that I was able to close my first transaction within my first month working with Scope Realty.
