ATM review. I have never used this bank but they offer the best atm's in colombia. They allow you to take out more money than any other bank for the same service fee. Atm's are in English and Spanish. My favorite atm branch in Colombia.

5,* cause Bancolombia was charging more for 300K pesos than Scotia for 900K pesos. I actually don't know who's charging what but that's what came out of my bank RBC in Vancouver. They just said they don't know what your bank charged.

If you’re looking for the worst bank in the country you’ve likely found it. Canadian bank operating in Colombia.... hah! Lazy and inefficient employees makes Bancolombia look like JP Morgan or some kind of palace. Total joke.

Heads up, Colombia scotiabank isn’t in the affiliated program of no fees like the American scotiabank so it will charge you $5 for withdrawal whereas like in Mexico scotiabank atm it would be free withdrawal.
