Wow! I'm stunned at how far this hospital's quality has dropped and dropped. I had my appendix removed here last fall and had complacent nurses, left a review about it, received a reply to email them and I did so. After a time, I received a nice letter that they were going to work on improving the quality of their nursing staff. I can attest that this is bull since I unfortunately had to use emergency services only 5 months later, and decided to give this hospital another chance. This time, I had a total of 4 nurses. 1 (Trina & Bélan) were immaculate, but the last 2 were horrible. They talked back to me about things that they had personally made mistakes for. At one point I was called a liar to my face about something that she didn't bother to even research; and if she had, she would've found that she had been jumping to conclusions about my healthcare without researching. I was given meds 3 hours late because of her unprofessionalism. Thirdly, I was misdiagnosed by the mental health staff and given an alarmingly high amount of medication, which my pharmacy was very reluctant to give me without verbally confirming with the doctor on the phone. Turns out he gave me medication that wasn't for me at all and that's why it raised so many red flags at my pharmacy. Thank goodness for their looking out and caring about each and every person. I'm certain that Scripps is going to unfortunately try and ask me to send another email to since random department that will waste more time and not fix things again. I won't reply since this WAS your second chance and you failed miserably. I hope to not visit an emergency room again soon but if I do, there's no way I'd entrust my life to Scripps again. I'll be using Sharp Medical, for certain!

I would have LOVED to leave 5 stars after my great evening and night experience with the staff, following a surgery. Everyone was immaculate and right on top of things! BUT then the morning staff came in and the complacency began. The communication dropped off. The nurse didn't come in after 40 minutes of me waiting once I pushed the red button to go to the bathroom. Someone could have gotten back to me to update me on her delay, as a courtesy. "My Care Board" was never updated after taking Morphine so anyone could have possibly been complacent enough to give me a second dose without knowing. Had this Care Board been updated I would have known 1) that I didn't need to wait 40 mins for a nurse in order to go to the bathroom, and 2) that I could drink water and not have had to feel so incessantly thirsty for 5 hours. This would have been awesome to know while I was parched and thinking I couldn't leave the bed with things all attached to me. It just makes me question what else they are complacent about; such as the healthcare quality and life-threatening issues that may arise. I just wish we could even trust hospital staff, but everyone is in their own little worlds these days it would seem. I guess no one double checks things either? 5 out of 5 for the awesome night staff but 1 out of 5 for the day staff. But also the Surgical staff and MDs were ON IT! I'd go back here, although I just wish there was more consistency with the nursing staff.

I suddenly went into shock from severe abdominal pain, threw up some and was sweating so much I was soaking wet. I was writhing in pain on the floor, I couldn’t think straight and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t stop shaking for over an hour after the pain started to fade. The pain easily fell into one of the top 3 most painful experiences of my life. I can’t stop thinking about how bad it was and I’m honestly terrified. They ran no tests and told me it might be ovulation pain. Not even blood work, a pregnancy test, literally nothing. I’ve never even had ovulation pain and I’ve been on my birth control for several years now, with nothing like this ever happening. Please can someone tell me anyone ever who has ever had symptoms like that from ovulation? I have an incredibly high pain tolerance and I’m so confused right now. When I think of the pain, I’m terrified. I feel guilty for going to the doctors and next time I’m in pain, I don’t want to go. The thought of being intimate in the future with my husband terrifies me. I’m so afraid there is something wrong with me and my abdomen is sore and tight feeling. I don’t want to do anything active for a long time. I can’t believe my pain was reduced to ovulation, when I don’t even get a period. I feel like I was stereotyped as this dramatic woman. I’m so exhausted and I feel so out of it from the pain I went through. Anytime I think about it, I just want to cry because it was terrifying.

I've been trying to write this review for over 2 years now, but I've finally found the time to say how much my wife and I loved our time at Scripps Mercy Hospital and how the staff created an unforgettable experience for us. This was our first time staying in a hospital or having any major medical procedure, based on some reviews and close proximity to our apartment, we chose Mercy to deliver our first son. This was back in 2020, during the height and chaos of the pandemic. The hospital staff was warm, receptive, and helpful, all while dealing with the heightened protocols and policies enacted during the pandemic. I can't say how thankful I am to each of the different professionals we interacted with during the birth of our first child. My wife's labor was complicated and we went through a roller coaster of moments and emotions. One nurse in particular (I wish I had the awareness to catch her name) actually prayed with my wife and helped her get through one of the scariest and most dangerous spots during the delivery. My experience as a supporter was amazing. The delivered meals were spectacular, the level of care made us both feel like celebrities, and with this type of a life event, that's the level of care that's really necessary. We will never forget our time at Scripps Mercy, and I'm so thankful and grateful to each of the people who made it such a memorable experience. Thank you!!!

I will never go there again to give birth. nurse Mayra C who was my postpartum nurse was the worst nurse I’ve ever had. Also the lactation consultant Bertha. I was asking if they could check if my baby was latched on correctly and they made me feel horrible for not knowing as a ftm. At one point I was so emotionally exhausted and I started crying and Mayra said “You need to stop crying and pay attention because when you leave here we aren’t gonna be with you so pay attention now”. Yes, I did report them but I have no idea if there was anything done or said to them. The only reason why I’m even giving them two stars is because the labor and delivery nurses were the best and I will always remember the postpartum nurse I had right after I had my baby. Her name was Theresa. I had a C-section so I don’t remember what she looked like because I was so in and out of sleep from the anesthesia but I remember how gentle she took care of me. She cleaned me with a warm rag and even taught my husband how to help me feed our newborn baby because she could tell I was so tired. If all of the nurses were just like Theresa I would go back and recommend everyone going there but unfortunately I had a very hard time with PPD because of Mayra and Bertha. I only gave very little details here on what they said and did. Please do not give birth here if you have other options.

They should remove the word “mercy”. After months of my father being in facilities following a bad car accident, my father went into cardiac arrest and ended up here. The case manager Patty Skogland called the next day to arrange him to go back to a sub acute facility. When we told her we wanted to bring him home to care for him, she began throwing out financial costs to deter us. She was true to her word and forced us to pay $3,500 out of pocket to bring him home to receive hospice care. She did not return calls about this. My mother was at Loma Linda hospital and they insisted on her transfer home for her safety and didn’t place a financial strain on the family or even put it on our plate to consider and she was not given a prognosis of hours to days to live. My father was transferred from desert regional hospital and they also did not place any financial strains on the family and that did not come with a prognosis of hours or days to live either. This is the only hospital we encountered something like this at and it felt extremely heartless to unnecessarily place that on a family already facing a tremendous loss. While there were some very kind nurses and RT’s here that have my gratitude, the doctors seemed to love forcing it in that we were losing my father soon as they repeated the same thing almost daily.

I just suffered a horrible stroke the staff was lazy they ran a bunch of unnecessary tests they kept me up all night I didn't eat for 10 hours when I finally got my room they were in and out all night waking me up through the night doing stupid test pulling blood every time I would fall asleep they would wake me up again and again the following day I had a nightmare in the hospital I started screaming at the top of my lungs I went into shock I thought I was having another stroke the whole staff heard me screaming no one came in there to help me or wake me up and none of the monitors went off this is a horrible Hospital my mother has been a nurse for over 40 years and once I told her what happened she told me to call our family lawyer they will be hearing from my lawyer I didn't get any sleep I didn't get any rest the whole time I was there then once another patient that was sharing the room with me they kept him up all night while the nurse come in and out talking about bumping into my bed every 20 minutes they were very unprofessional and the staff dressed like they just got just got out of bed I've never seen such a ill dressed staff in my life the doctors were cool and laid back but the staff was useless horrible Hospital...I checked my own self out

Seven years ago, my regular doctor in Seattle discovered I had a heart murmur. Further tests indicated I had a bicusped aorta valve. I was referred to a local cardiologyst who insisted I needed immediate open heart surgery. I refused and demanded a second opinion. As I often travel to San Diego, I contacted Scripps as I was aware of their good reputation. I was referred to Dr. Friedman. Last year, Dr. Friedman notified me that my condition had worsened. He, in turn, referred me to Dr. Nayak. During my exam this past July, Dr. Nayak informed me my condition had reached the point where surgery was required. Reluctantly, I made arrangements to have it done in early August. I had been dreading surgery for several years. I entered Scripps Hospital on August 1st for tests. The surgery took place on August 3rd, and I was released on August 4th. I have to say I was immensely impressed with all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Scripps. I never expected such a caring and professional experience. Everyone I came in contact with treated me with respect, and all had a wonderful, caring attitude. I knew from the beginning of my experience that I was in good hands! For anyone needing care or surgery, I would highly recommend Scripps Memorial Hospital!

Absolutely phenomenal delivery experience here for our baby. They are a mid-sized hospital and I happened to be there on a slow day so during my stay I was my nurses' only patient the majority of the time. I loved the amount of time, support and personal care I was able to receive because of that. My nurses were capable, knowledgeable and had lots of supportive suggestions for my natural delivery. The maternity ward had a wide range of staff to make sure mom and baby are healthy and well before going home - nurses, pediatricians, lactation specialists were all in and out of my room frequently. Even a complimentary newborn photographer (you pay for the photos you want but the session itself is free). Because the low intake that day I had a postpartum room to myself which gave my partner an actual bed to sleep in which was great. The only thing we did not love about our experience was the reclining chairs for partners in the labor and delivery unit. In theory you can lie flat and sleep in them but that does not mean it's a comfortable rest so my sweetheart started off the whole delivery experience with a rough night of sleep!

I went into the surgical care unit today for a minor procedure and had a great experience despite how scared and nervous I was. I had two babies here but never had surgery here before so I was quite anxious about it and found myself very emotional throughout the experience. Maria at the front desk who checked me in was efficient and helpful. Phillip that brought me back was so friendly and helped me get settle and made me feel comfortable. Frances, the nurse that got me ready for surgery went above and beyond to minimize my pain and was so kind and sincere. The chaplain Brian came by to lift my spirts and ease my fears which I didn’t realize I needed, he helped me laugh and reminded me I was in good hands. The two nurses Sebastian and Faith were personable and helped my surgery go smoothly. Everyone I came into contact with was professional, compassionate and made me feel like I was taken care of. I made a note to myself to remember their names because the care was so wonderful! Happily recovering at home thanks to the amazing staff at Scripps, thank you!

truly, the worst hospital I've ever been to! I am a plus size person. I went into the ER with severe throat pain the worst pain I've ever felt! As soon as I got in the back, the first thing, the doctor told me was you are overweight, and your kidneys are going to shut down, and you will die! I was in shock, but not surprised! Not once did she address, my severe throat pain and my horrible flu like symptoms! I had taken two home Covid test that were negative! They were so horrible, rude biased i grabbed my things and left ! I drove to a different hospital in La Mesa where I found out I had tonsillitis and a fever! scripps Mercy Hospital treated me like trash maybe it's because I'm a brown and maybe it's because I'm a fat person I'm not really sure but I know I will never go back there again and people should avoid if you're plus size because they're horrible!!! I want to be clear that this review is for the doctor not the nurses or the other staff at the hospital.

  • Maria Bridgeford

Came in because my primary urged and instructed me to go to the ER because of my history of a minor heart attack. Instead, they were checking me for Covid and pregnancy. They gave me a chest X-Ray then 15 minutes later they wanted a pregnancy test. Yes. Let me say that again. The doctor ordered the pregnancy test AFTER my X-ray was completed. What if I was pregnant and they exposed me to radiation before actually checking??? When being discharged, they checked my blood pressure right before they discharged me because I asked why they were not monitoring my vitals, so the nurse checked and it read 150/110 and all she said was, “It’s high cause you’re in the hospital. Go to CVS and check again. ” They didn’t bother checking it again and sent me on my way. I have never felt more mistreated and discriminated against, like I did at this hospital. I can brush off lack of bed side manners- but this was reckless.

I was transferred to Scripps Mercy trauma center after an ATV accident. The trauma center is amazing. I was admitted overnight and received quality care in the hospital. My concern is the orthopedic diagnoses. The orthopedic surgeon said surgery was not recommended and sent me home in a sling with instructions to return in 2-weeks. I’m insured with Kaiser, who had me come in for an X-ray 2-days after my release. Kaiser’s orthopedic surgeon stated that w/o surgery there was a 30% chance the injury would not heal, and if it did I would have chronic issues, including pain and 20% loss of strength, due to the nature of the break. I had surgery the next day which put my shoulder back in place and instantly relieved the pain. While the overall quality of care and professionalism of every Scripps Mercy staff member was impressive I cannot reconcile the profound difference in orthopedic diagnoses.

Absolutely horrible staff. I’ve never been to such a careless hospital in my life. A nurse of mine Michelle (blonde) was extremely rude and when drawing my blood threw my limbs around like I was a dead carcass. Olivia and Michelle proceeded to complain about how awful all their patients were for that day and how much they were dreading doing their jobs as they were hooking me up to machines and drawing my blood. I won’t be back ever and will be filing a more serious complaint after this. Considering I was a very cooperative and non verbal patient due to pain the treatment I received is beyond me. They had gave me 3 different nausea medications and none of them worked. I had told the doctor my symptoms and those were completely disregarded due to past diagnosis on my chart. Waited over 2 hours for discharge paperwork so I just ripped my Iv out and left.

  • Sexy Sarah

The doctors are rude and will talk bad about you as if you can't hear them from the other room. One of the doctors lied and said I'm being inappropriate for peeking out my door, that it's inappropriate because I have COVID and that I need to have a mask when he could've just asked me to put on my mask instead of making it seem as if I'm a difficult patient or inappropriate. Also, they said I can't have a snack until done with treatment but really just don't want to give me a snack because then they will have to wait... when I haven't ate all day and paranoid I get an upset stomach from nothing in my stomach. The doctor then lied to other staff and mentioned I didn't want to get treatment until I get a snack when I never told them that... staff here are really bad at their job and just a bunch of KARENS.

Navy did not appropriately diagnose me following complaints of severe ear and headaches. Despite 2 appointments (scheduled after excessive ear aches) and 2 visits at the Balboa Naval Hospital Emergency room, I was only given pain killers (Motrin). After my prescribed Motrin ran out and the suffering continued (a headache so strong that you vomit and can't move), a friend recommended a local hospital and I chose Scripps Mercy in San Diego. Shortly after being admitted there, I discovered that was days away from death by viral meningitis, but since Scripps was able to actually diagnose and treat my condition quickly, I recovered with no ramifications. I owe my life to them. Thank God for civilian medicine and decent people. I feel they are truly there to help.

  • Abdullah Tabra

Absolutely horrible staff, everyone changes times and no one knows anything. I ask them a question and no one knows when a doctor is coming in.... is there no schedule? No calendar? How do they seriously expect to help people by just holding them with mentally unstable roommates and expect them to get better? Everyone here is clueless and says they want to help but offer absolutely zero help. A nurse threatened to call adult services on me because I told her why would I get my wife to come here if you guys are going to not help? Then she threatened me.... if you truly care about your loved ones do not take them here. There's other facilities even your home is probably safer than here.

We usually do not attend this facility; however it’s MRI Radiology Dept. offered the soonest MRI available. The intake/receptionist, Leticia, at the MRI department, was so refreshing with her customer service attitude. She was very pleasant. While I waited for my husband’s tests, she escorted me to the patio area so I could be waiting in fresh air rather than in a windowless waiting room. She pointed out how to return and showed me where the restrooms were. She made a note of my concerns and also followed up. It gave me a very positive comfortable feeling about my experience. Also, my husband noted that the two technicians assisting him also were very pleasant. Thank you.

I was having surgery and everything was going well but suddenly a nurse came from nowhere when I was having a nap and she just turn the lights on. She had a particular English accent. Her name if I can record was Thelma or Thempa. She started to ask me the same questions that the first nurse asked me not long ago. I was talking plus mumbling at the same time. She suddenly suggested if I was seek that she could tell the doctor about it. Isn’t this hospital called Mercy? She was rude at this point with a little bit of screaming voice. Please let her know that we are not here on vacation. We are sick and we need empathy. Thank you everyone else great.

  • James Ragle

In the trauma area there are some good nurses and there are some not-so-great nurses. They tell you to rest then some cleaning lady comes in at 11:15 pm to sweep and mop a floor. They truly do not care if you get to rest or not. At the same time they will not clean your side of the room as long as you are there. It also seems inconsiderate to bring someone tacos when they have two broken hands. I also requested multiple times to be cleaned since I was in a motorcycle crash that left me in the dirt but they refused to do so. Eventually I got up and swiped my own towels and took a shower which was against the rules.

  • Trevor Peringer

Horrible! They are by and large extremely discriminatory. A vast majority of the staff lies to spread their own ignorant agenda because they refuse to listen to the patient, let alone write accurate information on a Med Chart or even read medical history. Who actually cares about quality of life who takes a Hippocratic Oath? "I shall work with my profession to improve the quality of medical care and to improve the public health, but I shall not let any lesser public or professional consideration interfere with my primary commitment to provide the best and most appropriate care available to each of my patients."

  • michael b

This review is for the ER department. Yvette from registration was awesome. I needed some answers regarding a family member and she didn’t stop until she found someone who could help me. I was bounced around and couldn’t get anyone to provide assistance but she was so helpful. The charge nurse wasn’t available but she found Stephen RN who was the nurse educator. Stephen helped me figure out who to talk to or where to go to get answers. Sometimes we’re so consumed by our busy schedules that we don’t recognize the struggles of others. Yvette and Stephen, thank you for your empathy and kindness. ❤️

I do understand COVID symptoms and regulations but to be outside under a tent with one Heather on witch it’s not enough for the weather for 3 hours on a cold night it’s not fair for us. While the inside waiting room it’s not full but it’s warmers that outside. They should divided in half so we can all be inside on a warmer place waiting for our turn to be sien by a doctor. We should be treated with more respect and caring. I asked the nurse for a warm blanket but she told she was not allow to give me one, I explained that it was very cold outside she careless about it. Not very nice of her .

Though we had our father still in the hospital in healing process. The doctors were great but some of the nurses that care for our father need discipline. I was shocked to walked in one day with his feeding tube leeks, nurse neglected to give and feed him lunch. I asked 3 times to help get him food. The nurse told us it was coming. It never arrived. He skipped lunch and I had to place dinner myself so he can have food to eat. Now he’s back on feeding tube. It’s very unacceptable and I will take this to the highest level to get it address if not improve to be investigated.

Surgeon failed to close colon completely of my 89 year old father causing him to get Sepsis. He spent 3 months in the hospital before passing away. Never once did they acknowledge any of this, only discovered on death certificate.. Tried to get me to move my father to a rehab place so they wouldn't have to report the death as far as their care statistics. They are despicable and realize that they could care less. Again you have to get in their face 24x7 to try and hold them accountable. Force them to put everything in writing and provide you copies.

  • Thomas Corsini

Went to this hospital today kind of messed up from "partying" for like a month straight ,had some weird stuff leaking from my head face and neck abscesses ect and I felt terrible because this was all my fault but the staff was actually caring and concerned and didn't judge which didn't help my guilt lol but anyway got anti biotics two in fact I'm only mentioning this good care because it's rare I get even average medical much less good medical ect twice out of three visits were exceptional the other wasn't bad just uneventful thanks Mr tom c.

  • Jacob Akenson

The entire staff at this hospital made our experience here amazing ! I cant say enough GREAT things about Scripps and their team of health care professionals ! Every single staff member that we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Particularly the nurses and doctors in the labor / delivery and family birth unit We had some anxiety about having to do a planned c -section for our first child , but all those anxieties were washed away by the wonderful staff and physicians here at Mercy hospital . Thank you everyone at Scripps Mercy - Jake

  • Richard Connolly

We’re supposed to be at hospital at 8 o’clock in the morning staff calls 7:15 AM telling us they don’t have beds available. Keep saying the same thing all the way out through the day until 8 o’clock at night. Do you frustrated and speak up they threaten arrest and refuse to allow somebody to see their child being born all because they do not want to do their job correctly. It shows this hospital abuses peoples constitutional rights and abuse their power. I would never recommend this hospital to a dying dog.

  • Shannon Anglin

Absolutely the best ER room experience I’ve ever had! I did have to wait a long time to be seen with the amount of people coming in by ambulance etc… but when I got back into the room I was shocked by the outstanding service I was met by the nurse he was fantastic!!! Immediately following the doctors came in! They were both young but so full or knowledge!!! Outstanding bedside manner!!! Great job!!! Also I wanted to say the young man that performed the EKG on me was wonderful as well!!! Great staff!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards military veterans. They incorrect billed me instead of my VA community care provider. When I tried to contact them, they were closed for 5 days straight because of the holidays, when I finally did contact them and requested a call back, they waited till they went to lunch and called me just to hang up after answering the phone. Worst part is that the bill is due in 3 days. I am on the verge of hiring an attorney and filing suit on scripps mercy.

I accidentally chopped my finger off working on a Motorcycle chain and drove to this Hospital where I was then place on The 7th Floor, Room 10, Bed 1. Throughout my three day visit, I had a positive experience. My RN Jefferson F and CNA Daniel were very attentive, providing, positive and easy going with me which helped my three day visit feel like a couple hours. I hope not to end up in the hospital again but if I do, I’d hope I’d be surrounded with nurses like them who make you feel present.

  • Dolores Gastelum

I was admitted into the Hospital with a blockage in my intestines, I was in so much pain. But thanks to the care of the wonderful Dr's and staff there I was back to good health and home within a week. I could not have gotten better care anywhere else, and I was not an easy patient. My Gastrologist doctor was awesome and my regular doctor there was caring knew what they were doing. From the emergency staff to the nursing staff and everyone else, they were awesome! Thank you all so much.

  • Thomas Carroll

Dr Barry is the worst doctor I have ever met. I have seen him on multiple locations. I am and have been in recovery from alcohol and drugs. He has no concern for anyone with a history of drug use. I am a person too. I just have more life experience than he does. Maybe I'm being harsh. I just want help instead of being deprived of my medication that helps tremendously when I have thought of using. Otherwise this hospital is amazing when compared to any other in San Diego.

Came to the ER on Monday and my CT Scan came back abnormal showed my intestine had swelling and fluid buildup.. ER Doc told me to stay overnight so I can get prepped for Colonoscopy, endoscopy, and Biopsy. Ending up staying for nothing got sent home today at 12:30pm just for them to tell me to follow up with my PCP. Very upset that they just let me go without doing the procedures that were promised.

While on vacation in San Diego recently, my husband took a headlong dive down some cement steps onto the sidewalk and landed on the curb. I want to commend everyone to a person who cared for him — from the medics on scene to the ER staff, especially Dr. Lev, Nurse Kaitlyn and Israel. Everyone was professional and compassionate! We are eternally grateful. The Carlins

My friend who is unhoused was admitted due to infections which turn out to be MRSA while there after surgery he was treated ok but released to the streets. The streets don't havevadequte cleaning area granted they educated him on woundcare and provided supplies couldn't a hotel voucher been given or put in a rehab facility. This is patient dumping Mercy shame

You guys will hear from my lawyer, everyone here gets paid and doesn't know how to do anything. The people here are so useless. Nobody absolutely nobody here cares about it's paitent. Someone said in past reviews that they wouldn't recommend this hospital to a dying dog... yeah I would have to agree. You're better off taking care of your loved ones at home.

  • Emily F.

The individuals that I encountered behind those hospital doors were all a hoax. God knows what they did and I do not trust them, when I was getting out of the bed the male nurse wanted to hit me or possibly did hit me with the door closed. Another woman was in the room with me and they both never mentioned who they were.

  • Gregg England

My wife and I had an amazing experience bringing our baby, Maeve, into the world here (5/3/23)!!! The entire staff from start to finish were so pleasant and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for anything else. Special thanks to Courtney, Michele, Betty, and Yvette.

  • A W

I had a really great experience. The nurses and other workers were professional, upbeat and put me at ease. I was able to be calm. The nurses who were assigned to me, were positive, friendly and supported me throughout the whole procedure. …

  • Kim McKellar

Do not go here. I sent my husband here to ER for care. They admitted him and let him decline, despite me continously advocating for him. They have too many staff who don't do the work and no one AT ALL managing this hospital on weekends. SCARY!

  • jay mcoy

They room people that are unstable together, all the staff are clueless to anything everyone's response is either "i dont know" or "I'm not sure" how dare you waste tax payer dollars on such a terrible excuse for a health care facility.

  • N T

I had my baby via C section at Scripps 2 weeks ago and my experience was very good every staff, doctor and nurse were very caring and helpful. It just leaves to say I loved my experience in labour and delivery at scripps.

  • Jennifer Asker

The labor and delivery nurses need a raise! The experience my daughter had with them was beyond amazing. They were so helpful and attentive. I wish I could leave 10 stars for the wonderful care that was received.

  • Caroline Tran

Terrible emergency room and service. Gave wrong size crutches and didn’t accommodate at all. The doctor was so invalidating and rude. Service was terrible!! Waited 3 hours without giving me any details!!

No one knows anything. Sent me to 3 different buildings only to finally tell me the doctor doesn’t come in for another 2 hours. How can you be so disorganized as a hospital.
