The customer service was far from satisfactory. I felt vulnerable and taken advantage of when I was clearly ripped off during my visit. The staff showed little empathy or willingness to rectify the situation. It left a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I won't be returning to that sweet shop anytime soon. Lovely sweet shop, I walked in expecting them not to have any vegan sweets and was pleasantly surprised when the nice, young man took us straight to the vegan section and explained how it all worked. The sweets are delicious so just made the excellent customer service all the much sweeter.
