The relatively much cleaner 'extension' of Seaview Beach that ends at Devil's Point. It's right next to Emaar so there are coastguards on the watchtowers so it's advised to stay away at a distance instead of trying to scour the rock wall. Being less visited than the former mainly for it's location, this place gives you the true beach experience (and also the fact Seaview - as a beach - is being shrunk for construction!). The sea breeze, setting sun and the serenity due to being barely crowded makes it really pleasurable!

Positives: - It was clean - It was fun - I went on a weekday so wasn't much crowded Negatives: -The sea has gone significantly back. But the development, like parking spots and entrance has not been updated and hence, we have to walk a long way to reach to the sea. - No life guards - Hawkers often encroach your peace to force you to buy something from them. Conclusion: An amazing place to go, sit, relax, and enjoy the magnificient nature.

Sea View, Karachi, is the ultimate picnic spot for the residents of the city. The beach is always filled with families relaxing on the marble stairs constructed near the shoreline, walking on the sand, enjoying horseback and camel rides, children making sandcastles and much more. It gets even more crowded during the summer months, as people from all over the city visit the beach to beat the heat and spend the day by the Arabian Sea.

One of the most favorite and attractive points for recreation in Pakistan but unfortunately the people have made it worst by throwing filthy shopping bags that can be seen everywhere around the beach. Though the administration is trying to clean it but it doesn't look like a beautiful sea view point s we see in Balochistan and other countries where see view points are too much attractive and refreshment points....

A lovely place of seaview in Clifton Karachi. You can see deep deep sea here all in front of you. Sea water is quite calm here and does not bother you; you may have a bath, horse ride or ATV ride here without hesitation. You can collect سیپیاں here. The area is adjacent to defence phase 8. As the water is calm here so there is no life guard here. You may also fish here.

Excellent place to sea the pollution free nature There is lot more need to improve here Sindh Government and Clifton Cantonment Board should take necessary action to ensure clean, pollution free, safe and secure environment. Prepare rules for sitting or enjoying the beach Public should also aware to maintain these rules and if they don't follow, penalise them

It was a pleasant experience for me. I chose the place to enjoy near the EMAAR Tower. Then decide to take a full rest on Do Darya Wall near Farhan Shahid Park. Our family really feels much more relaxed at the seaview and enjoying floating and waving the water

I have to give 5 stars because this was possibly our first family go to picnic spot, and we have great memories. Beach is not clean anymore, I saw sewerage line going straight to the beach as well. City needs to inforce strict policy against people throughing garbage, not sure if there is other ways to fix this issue.

A calm place to spend some good time at evening. A good place for walking, jogging or cycling in the morning or evening. In the evening you can have camel ride, horse ride or you can drive quad bike. There are different tuck shops from where you can have tea or snacks in the evening and can enjoy a mesmerizing sunset.

Peaceful place to visit at night and early morning only on weekdays. Not a place remained for Karachiites to go there, Very unpleasant smell remains there, unattended trash thrown by public, unhygienic environment, ill-mannered people all-over the place, especially on weekends and public holidays.

Beautiful seashore with variety of location to sit and enjoy the cold breeze. Crowded and uncrowded space from which you can select to stay and enjoy. Seller roaming around offering Water, Papar, Corn and Tea etc. We can also go and walk in sea and play with sand. Overall a wonderful place.

Found this amazing place during winters exploring the far side of the beach. It was less crowded and comparatively untouched. Note: It is not that green throughout the year. You are lucky to find this.

Extremely dirty, smelly and disgusting place to be. The entire water side is littered with garbage with horses and camels walking in between. Not the place to be if you case a bit about your hygiene.

This walled area at seaview has no facilities of sitting, standing or shades. No lighting after evening. Many hawkers selling snacks or ice-cream etc. On their own self help basis. I mean no organized arrangements by the authorities. No security or safety for the visitors.

A perfect place for calm and satisfying picnic with family and friends. Sunset view is the pick of the place. So plan your picnic at sunset timings to get that mesmerising view with natural attractions of lovely Arabian sea. I always love visiting this place.

Calm and beautiful sea shore near Clifton and Defense areas . Specially if you visit it early in the morning the beauty of that spot is enchanting.If we keep it clean and do not throw the trash both on land and from boats then it may be better.

Going to sea view is always mesmerizing and inspiring. The waves have strange attraction and the sounds have dramatic effects. The blowing wind is amazing .... It's inspiring to be at sea view at late night or early in the morning.

Perfect. Everything was great, we brought with ourselves chai and some samosas and rolls. Ate them while sitting on the wall and enjoyed a great view infront of us. I totally recommend this spot. Also went into the sea for a bit.
