it is the first time come to the second cup I choose to test this coffee shop first. I enjoy the coffee and the ambiance, I choose cappuccino small size but the size is good I am enjoying music and the place not crowded they have a variety of sandwiches included diet sandwich like cottage cheese for diter and a variety of coffee ice and got coffee they have a milkshake with seasonal fruit it looks like delicious and must to try and they have cheesecake with different topping and stuffed croissant I asked one of the crew what is the name and type of this coffee what it is named he told me that it is from the multi-region from Kanda costalica and Colombia and other region and he taught me something new If you don’t have coffee maker you can Purchase coffee, and the boy grinds it as needed because the grind varies depending on demand. If I want a cappuccino, I'll use a different grinding procedure than if I want an American or Turkish coffee.

They were 3 girls working (serving and doing barista work), one of them confused professionalism with letting a new customer order before another who arrives earlier -me- finishes her order/puts in her points. I first came up to her to ask if there's wifi. She said wait.. Then, after taking my order and payment, she said: I will put in your points later on the app. Before I left, I came up to another girl, she wasn't informed how to add points after I pay. Then, the first girl said: I will do it, but she continued to take in orders from incomers and told me to wait! Screw my points, I don't want them. Uninstalling the app now and never coming again under this lack of customer support.

Ho Ho Ho, It is the wonderful time of the year. Thanks Mostafa and Ibrahim at Second Cup CFC (night shift) for the tasty seasonal "Praline Toffee Latte" and the best hot chocolate in Cairo. Also the marble cake is a signature. Tried for the first time the delicious triple chocolate cookies . Thanks for the usual wonderful experience. I recently visited Second Cup Café and tried their Spanish Latte. It was fantastic! The blend of rich espresso, creamy milk, and a hint of cinnamon created a delightful and perfectly balanced flavor. The café had a welcoming ambiance, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Second Cup Café for their exceptional Spanish Latte and overall great coffee experience.

I have tried all branches of second cup except the on in dokki, this specific branch in cfc is my favourite, I like the mall atmosphere (sometimes) and the staff in this branch are very nice and friendly, hope this stays the same always! Second cup's coffee and green tea are one of the best I have tasted, even their hot chocolate is tastier and different than some famous brands.

One of the rare places where you can have a consistent brewed coffee cup. **Update** not anymore. Just like other brand. They argue that a brewed coffee are all the same. We just made a fresh batch. Guess what? That’s the keyword for stale and diluted coffee. Sandwiches and other food are expensive. The store is trendy but the high chairs are not that comfortable.

This place is not the best thing that has ever been. The staff is very friendly. Prices are high, but not new for all restaurants these days.

Great place to stay in I even bring my work with me from now on, good WiFi, awesome focus music the menu is great white mocha, latte , smoothies are great and I bet you'll love the muffins. My second time to stay in CFC Branch but it's definitely will be more in the future with the new super fast wifi I can get a ton of work done from there!

The place was really good, there was enough space between the tables, it was not crowded.

The coffee is burnt. I tried to drink a double espresso, macchiato from two different machines in the store, they were both bitter. I do not recommend this place for coffee.

مكان جميل ونظيف للغايه وواسع ومريح نفسيا كونه بداخل كايرو فيستيفال مول . المعامله من العاملين لطيفه للغايه . اسعار المشروبات عاليه جدا مقارنة باسمه غير المعروف . واذا طلبت بعض الاضافات على المشروبات سوف يضاعف ثمن المشروب . إجمالا هو جيد للتنزه وقضاء الوقت .

Really nice coffee and reasonably priced. The seating is quite comfy and cozy. You can study there as it's not very crowded and its a great place to read a book and have a cup of coffee. They even have a bookshelf with several English and Arabic books.

Quality of pastries were good and attractive, ordered iced Spanish latte, too sweet though and waited 25mins due to not enough ice, not a good experience for the very first time, but will give them a try again next time.

It’s a very nice coffee shop, big area, good atmosphere. Not empty and not overcrowded. They always have something new in the menu. The prices are some higher than in other coffee shops though.
