The experience was extremely amazing for Eid .The breakfast was light and tasty and wasn’t really overpriced.My favourite was the spinach with cherries it was really tasty and light.I definitely recommend the cookies and cream with crushed ice,even people that don’t like chocolate or cookies will adore.I give this place 10/10 for the amazing breakfast. كانت التجربة رائعة للغاية للعيد ، كان الإفطار خفيفًا ولذيذًا ولم يكن مبالغًا فيه حقًا ، كان المفضل لدي هو السبانخ بالكرز ، لقد كان لذيذًا وخفيفًا حقًا ، بالتأكيد أوصي بملفات تعريف الارتباط والكريمة مع الثلج المجروش ، حتى الأشخاص الذين لا يفعلون ذلك سوف أعشق الشوكولاتة أو ملفات تعريف الارتباط ، أعطي هذا المكان 10/10 لتناول الإفطار الرائع. L'expérience a été extrêmement incroyable pour l'Aïd. Le petit déjeuner était léger et savoureux et n'était pas vraiment trop cher. Mon préféré était les épinards aux cerises, c'était vraiment savoureux et léger. Je recommande vraiment les biscuits et la crème avec de la glace pilée, même les gens qui ne ce n'est pas comme le chocolat ou les biscuits que j'adorerai. I really loved how the breakfast was really light and fresh.The sandwich was full of flavours and you have a variety of sandwiches you can pick and to your surprise they get heated! The cookies and cream drink was very refreshing and it was very light and even if you’re not a fan of chocolate you will like it ,so I definitely recommend it.Actually this is one of my absolute favorite places to go get my Flat white.They even have offers for your birthdays if you have the app you get about 50% off up till 500 pounds.I definitely recommend going there specially for special occasions,because it’s really calm and very modern.I recommend downloading the app to get the latest offers that get uploaded!!

Good coffee and one the best tiramisu in town I tried lately.. but service and stuff aren't friendly enough unfortunately. They've a cool outdoors area and terrace when weather is good. Hygiene isn't their priority by the way.

Staff were extremely rude. They were laughing behind our backs and my mother noticed that. They stopped laughing and glancing at our direction once my mother stood and screamed at them. And they called us for our drinks in funny sounds. And the drinks were abhorrent and we had to go another place to make use of our spare time to drink something better. We were respectful and came to enjoy our time but our day was completely ruined by rude childish staff. This happened on the second of September 2023 in the evening shift.

Great place to have a good air and the place is widely opened and the staff is curious about all the clients. All the drinks served in a good way

The place is always crowd with cars around

A Canadian brand with a local Egyptian experience. Nice calm place if you go there off hours. It usually gets crowded in the evening and after sunset to midnight. They do not have the Ice making machine to make real Iced Cappuccino's, so that not their area of expertise, but the other drinks are quite satisfying tho. Also prices have hiked up a bit recently. Expect to spend over 50Egp for any regular drink.

Great coffee! Must try their Flat White! Nice sandwiches and snacks plus. This is all good, but it applies to the interior of the coffee shop. Try taking your coffee and sitting in open air and you will be greeted with an attack of flies. Not good at all. You need to find a solution to this issue.

The only good thing about this place is the three men working there, food quality is awful! I had a salmon sandwich and a zaatar cheese croissant, absolutely terrible! And a supposedly a "signature" hot chocolate that wasn't anything but a cheap cocoa with some milk, they work with the cheapest, lowest ingredients yet charge you twice as Starbucks! I paid 200 EGP for a trash order!

one star for the respectful staff! I had the most expensive cup of tea in my life in that place !! A cup of tea costs 55 Egp!! while they serve turkish coffee for 45 Egp.. they used ahmed tea breakfast !! Not Twinings for example. Just one packet out of a box of 25 bags that is for 27 EGP, and hot water !! No sugar added !!

The coffee taste is not equivalent to the prices, bitter / over burnt. The service raw is very slow starting from cashier till the barista... I had to wait for 25 minutes standing in the raw till I received my cup & not table serving. The only thing I liked was the out door terrace seating

Oh i love this branch. I was surprised that they opened here since there is another one 500m away. This one is 2 floors with terrace for smokers. The decorations are perfect and the music list is so calm. There is no wifi yet, which make it study unfriendly if u rely on an internet. Staff as all branches are very friendly.

It was cool experience I really like Second Cup But i have concerns about the availability of some items, Every time i go there there is one or two items from the menu is not available.

Good quality coffee as usual. Service is a little bit slow sometimes. Very nice location inside Children's Garden (حديقة الطفل). Usually busy, but you'll probably find a spot. Outdoor area is spacious to compensate for the relatively small indoor space.

Shift manager is very rude and cannot talk with customers properly, can’t even manage problems or his own staff. This used to be my favourite branch but not anymore, don’t know how he became a shift manager, but he’s a bad reputation to Second Cup!

It’s the new spot for everyone, beautiful place for studying , hanging out , going on dates even. And their app lets you get a small drink from the whole menu with the first drink you get through the app. Super friendly staff. Very cozy setting.

It's one of the most comfortable places to study, read or just to hang out with your family and friends It's a little bit crowded but really nice to be in, u just sit and enjoy the view and their coffee is absolutely great ❤ …

Staff are not focused. They can easily forget it when you request adding extras into your drink. Therefore, their staff need furthur training to be more proactive with customers.

Overall experience was okay. Took ages to get my coffee and I had to tell the barista my order twice as it seems that the cashier did not send my cup across. Coffee tasted nice. Outdoor staff are helpful.
