Gareth was recommended by a person I know. My experience from start to finish was professional, timely and did the job required. The most impressive thing he went above and beyond what I actually expected from him. My experience was thus; my high quality solid core composite door with all the trimmings had started to fail and me forking out a few thousand pounds for a new door wasn't what I wanted to do as I knew it could be fixed as my father was a joiner and had taught me a thing or two. As I wasn't allowed to fix it myself as the insurance wouldn't pay me for the job I went with the recommendation of Gareth's company. My intial impression of Gareth on the phone was he is professional and flexible as I have carers and nurses in and out of the house for my mother and I required to get to work that day aswell; Gareth had a great solution. First I sent him a video of my issue with the door. He was able to figure out solutions and possible causes then made a time that was very convenient for me. Even though he had to deal with nurses and carers walking in and out on the day he was impressive in his professionalism to these professionals and still managed to get his the job done without any problems. Also he has an array of tools that meant my door wasn't damaged at all and the job was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The door was better than when it came from the factory. The paper work he provided on completion was very professional and he was friendly and smiling throughout. From what I've seen of Gareth I could honestly recommend him to anyone knowing he will do the best quality workmanship I've seen for a while. I know what competent compared to high quality looks like and Gareth displayed high quality thoroughly throughout. I definitely have time for people like him an will save his number if I require his help ever again. Called Gareth out at 22:30 on a Sunday evening due to our door lock jamming and being unable to secure our house. Great service from secure solution locksmiths. Wed had an attempted burglary but they hadn't managed to gain entry. We wanted a locksmith the replace the handle and lock regardless. The locksmith arrived really quickly and after looking at the lock and handle told us it was absolutely fine and as secure as it could be. I know for a fact that other companies would have still changed them and charged us for this regardless. I camt recommend them enough.

Excellent Service. I called at 1.45pm and I had a new lock in by 2.45pm! I called as my key was sticking and I was worried that it would get stuck resulting in us either been locked in our out. Excellent service, Gareth came to fix four windows that wouldn't open. He explained the main issue which was the lock mechanism and also told me upfront that it may need hinges replacing. Fast, friendly and helpful. SSL came recommended through facebook, we had a French PVC door that the mechanism had gone and was no longer locking, also the door had dropped, they were out in less than an hour, replaced the mechanism and realigned the door. Would highly recommend and would use again.
