I was on the search for a storage unit near my home, did research, and settled on this place -- but wasn't expecting to be helped by such a wonderful and professional manager, Joseph!! He truly made the experience smooth for me and for my wallet -- a natural component of the nature of what I was looking for in this transitional process right now. :) It genuinely feels good knowing that people are thinking of the wellbeing of others when they're setting prices and connecting with them in real time. It makes you want to be more mindful and show up no matter what. I felt very reassured and safe in choosing to lease a small unit here (5x5). The storage units are clean, and he reassured me that each unit is checked every two weeks for rodents and pests, and there has been rarely a break-in, which I felt being here (safe and peaceful). He also kindly showed me other potential spaces upon request, and walked me through a thorough and gracious tour of the property/units; I felt reassured and happy that he was receptive to my questions and the process, as well as encouraging and open to the decision being made on my part of whether to rent or not. The price I'm also happy with -- it's unbeatable! This is first storage space I've ever signed with, and it was a positive experience overall. I feel really glad about choosing this space because it was the least expensive option and closest to home for me. :) It's the perfect balance of all things - Joseph is a wonderful manager here I can tell, and I'm glad that I'll get to check in with him every time I come in to store my things. In addition to cleanliness and price, I'm just excited that I'll get to have a nice storage space with authentic people looking out for me for transitions in my life!!

After looking at page after page of online ads for a storage unit SecureSpace Self Storage had one of the best prices for the size I was looking for.. Courtney, the staff on duty was kind enough to take the time to give me a quick tour of the facility and show me a couple options that were available should I change my mind about the size and location of the space. In the end, incase you’re not familiar there seems to always be a one time admin fee of $20-$25 , some type of insurance is required so of course for a $10 fee /month you’re insured through the facility for up to $2,000 and seeing as though the deal that lured me in was 50% off the first two months, those both were to be paid up front before I could start moving in. Courtney explained she was fairly new to the business and was still considered to be training. The sign up process took a little longer than usual but it got done so if you choose SecureSpace and Hear Courtney know you will be taken care of! Overall rating of my experience 4/5*

My husband and I stopped SecureSpace self storage today to check out the available unit we saw online and were interested in renting! Boy were we impressed by how nice and clean the whole place was! I’m so glad we found a drive up unit at such a great rate! And the fact that it’s on the first floor, loading and unloading will be 100x easier! We had an appt scheduled at 4:30pm but arrived about 30 mins early! Luckily Joseph was available and more than willing to show us around! He was welcoming, informative and very professional! He provided excellent customer service! My husband and I were so impressed that we signed a lease immediately! The storage is in a safe and convenient location! Super customer-friendly environment! I’m so glad we found this storage! I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!

Switched here from public storage. This place is so much nicer and my unit has a light. And is clean my stuff feels safe and marie gave me awesome service with managing my account and getting me set up with auto pay. Update: ended up moving my stuff to a more competitive price elsewhere as they raised my rates multiple times and I’d have to move all my stuff to a whole new unit in the same location just to have the online prices honored. So I changed to another provider. The owners changed since I first got my unit.

This company will take your stuff and sell it. They will take away your gate code, they pick a new gate code for you to monitor you from the cameras, they let you in for 30 minutes a day. Permission needed to stay longer. They will deny your payment, lock up your unit with a red lock & post a one week eviction notice on your unit if you don’t see the notice they don’t care. You’re out. They sell your stuff and send a bill to collections. Look up what “self” means in self storage.

WOW!!! What an AMAZING experience. My last few weeks have been chaotic. Joseph is an ANGEL. As if moving isn’t stressful enough With everyone of my trip to secured storage. I was greeted with a smile. When I would leave I would get a wave and Joseph saying seeing next time. Joseph is constantly walking the grounds. The facility looks amazing! I feel that my things are safe here. I look forward to seeing Joseph I recommend secured storage to all!!! Stay well

Marie and Courtney are incredible! Super helpful, got me set up in a unit quickly, and when it was time for me to vacate the unit the process was smooth and easy. The facility is secure, gated, and has cameras, and I felt safe coming and going from the storage unit. Their prices were highly competitive too. I love this place, as it is competitively priced, the units stay pretty cool, and the staff is very friendly. Gate access is 7am-7pm. I've stored with many, and this is one of the best.
